I have an order for "Evil Elves" from this company. I received a Tracking number LZ402759015CN. When i tried to check it I got a message saying no such tracking number. I have sent a message to PayPal. I cannot contact this company. I hope it isn't a scam. Please Dreamy Lives respond to this message and put mind at ease and let me know if I will receive my items and what us the correct tracking number do I can keep an eye on its destination.

Ordered what was supposed to be Thomas Kincaid globe and three. They sent me a picture of them all wrinkled up. That is not an order and I have the same thing with two labels on theirPackage. Obviously something is bad wrong. I will follow dispute with PayPal and I will report to Facebook. Obviously I should’ve done some research before ordering. Lesson learned.

Purchased a rolling sink rack, XLarge, on April 3, 2020, using PayPal. Finally received my purchase on June 27, 2020, after two emails wondering where my rack was, but wrong size received! It is the smallest rack that is utterly useless for even the bar sink in our rec room! I contacted the company five (yes, 5) times. I made it clear I either wanted the correct size rack or a refund ( and no! I would not send the tiny rack back!). I have received a SPOTIFY response from a “Sam” offering me a coupon for $10.00 to use in their online store today, September 3, 2020! What a joke! There is no way I am using that coupon for any item from their online store.

I cannot believe that FACEBOOK allowed a scam store like DREAMY LIVES CO., LTD. to advertise/post, especially considering how many complaints have been posted!

Buyer beware! A China address is a scam! Sadly you’re just throwing your money away!

They use another website name on Facebook to sell things, another website name to register with PayPal to charge your money. That why at first I could not find their tail. I only know the Dreamylive Ltd Co after purchase (it appear on PayPal). Use Dreamylive Ltd Co name you can find those complaints, not with the other one.

4 email contact attempts to the seller have been made with carbon copy word for word responses received back. TERRIBLE SCAM.

This company is a SHAM! Ordered sink rack 4/1/20, didn't receive until 7/26/20 and it is the WRONG SIZE. The "quality" is complete crap...it doesn't work. Company is impossible to communicate with. I attempted to fight thru PayPal and even that doesn't fly. They want me to pay to send this back to CHINA...wake up folks, the product itself isn't even worth the cost of shipping...BEWARE as I found this on pop up ad via Facebook/Instagram. They should be ASHAMED allowing scammers thru!

I ordered two of the bathroom sink faucets. They said they would work in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I watched the video on tv and thought it was a great idea. So I bought one for our kitchen sink and one for the bathroom tub for washing our small dog.
Now I find that I cannot get ahold of them and I can't get my money back if I can't reach them. That is $50.00 gone out of my pocket if I can't reach them. What can I do. Do you have an idea?
I can't send you a photo because I never received them. Sorry! Sounds like the guy before me got his but was not happy with them. Perhaps he sent you a photo.

4/3/2020 placed and paid Paypal $22.94 for a Black XL foldable sink rack. On 7/27/2020 received product that was a Grey L foldable sink rack. Multiple websites don't work. Return sender info: JON 2352 Bent Creek Rd Auburn, AL 36836. My Paypal payment was to DreamMyLives, the confirmation was from "Surfinng" -NOTHING MATCHES UP. There's also a different label beneath the USPS to me - and I didn't want to tear it but it does show my name and my address so something is wrong here. VERY wrong. I've asked Paypal for a refund since I can't contact them and the info that Paypal is showing doesn't reference any contact information either. Wish I'd seen this site before ordering but now I know. BUYER BEWARE.

I ordered an extra large sink rack on March 13. Opened up a complaint in Pay Pal on or about June13 because I still had not received the sink rack. They offered me pay 30 and then 40% refund. I refused both of course. Finally yon July 17 I received the rack but it was the smaller version...not the extra large. Complaint still open in Pay Pay. I don’t expect Dreamy Lives to get me the right rack. Disgusted. The rack I recieved, though smaller, is a piece of crap!

I also have requested a refund from PayPal as items not received either and it is currently under investigation. Please continue to fight to receive a refund. The more of us that do this from this SCAM company the better.
