I am a customer of Shell Federal Credit Union. It has come to my attention that Genevieve has left their computers idle within their network, monitoring all transactions occurring to and from these systems. Both Genevieve and Craig Bolden have been impersonating representatives of the branch, disseminating fraudulent text messages, and unlawfully siphoning funds from various accounts. In July of 2025, the institution suffered an attack on its third-party verified processor, which was exploited to fund ROBLOX accounts using the accounts of unsuspecting individuals. This incident has resulted in the loss of numerous long-standing customers. Furthermore, I currently find myself subject to harassment through my alarm system, as they are illicitly eavesdropping on my conversations and obstructing my efforts to report their fraudulent activities to the Better Business Bureau and other media outlets. I remain resolute in my commitment to report their cyberattacks, as they have led to identity theft, financial exploitation, and targeted assaults on vulnerable elderly individuals.

I am formally reporting the ongoing issue regarding the forwarding of my USPS mail, which has persisted for seven years. I have been submitting online reports to the USPS inspector, who has indicated that an investigation is underway concerning our claim. It has come to my attention that individuals identified as Genevieve, Craig, and their associates have imposed a "RULE" on my account, resulting in my mail being redirected to them. Furthermore, it is apparent that they have facilitated identity theft against us. Currently, it can be asserted that Genevieve and Craig Bolden of Texas are under investigation; however, they appear to be indifferent to the situation. They continue to interfere with my security cameras, close my credit card account, withdraw funds from my accounts, and engage in various other malicious activities. Additionally, they are unlawfully monitoring our conversations and exploiting this information for their own benefit.

They have been persistently targeting my home network and my Vivint alarm system by transmitting remote notifications during the night. I urge you to remain vigilant against the fraudulent schemes perpetuated by these individuals.

I urge everyone to exercise caution regarding their accounts, whether they are with AT&T or bank accounts. As a current AT&T customer, I want to highlight that I am paying for four phones on my account. Having fallen victim to identity theft orchestrated by Genevieve and Craig, I must inform you that my AT&T account is under unauthorized manipulation. Specifically, these criminals are adding charges to my account every month, and I have discovered that the SIM cards for all phones on my account have been swapped. Genevieve has illicit access to all my phones and to the AT&T network. A Cyber Specialist has alerted me that Genevieve can cause service outages, and I feel compelled to notify AT&T about this situation. Since I have been with AT&T, Genevieve and her associates are able to monitor all my activities, including my messages and phone calls, evident by the constant activation of the microphone indicator during calls, faster battery drain, missed calls, and unwanted group messages. They exploit the personal information they illegally gather, leading to serious privacy breaches. Moreover, they are disrupting phone lines for elderly individuals aged 60 to 80, which is utterly unacceptable. Genevieve is also attacking email accounts, blocking them, abusing them for phishing frauds, and misusing the information they acquire through illegal means. Concerning my personal expenses, I have been paying approximately $345.00 monthly for my four phones, an exorbitant amount considering I have already settled the cost for two devices. Genevieve has added an extra $60.00 to my monthly charges for years, and I am unable to contact AT&T directly since their official phone numbers are being redirected to Genevieve and Craig Bolden Sr. This includes numbers like 800-574-7000, 800-331-0500, and 800-288-2020, all of which have been compromised. Even visits to physical stores have resulted in similar attacks, indicating a large-scale hacking operation. My identity is being used to jeopardize my financial stability, with our credit being locked since June 2021. Genevieve, Craig, and their network have managed to access and manipulate our mortgage information, damage my husband's Equifax credit score, and disrupt my Torrid account through Comenity Bank, engaging in various data breaches on our credit reports. When requesting a copy of our credit information, it appears to originate not from legitimate credit bureaus but rather from Genevieve and her group. This constitutes one of the most serious instances of fraud I have encountered. Their ongoing attacks serve to enrich themselves at the expense of others, preying on vulnerable groups like the elderly and children through their computing devices, including platforms like ROBLOX. Furthermore, after attempting to contact AT&T for SIM unlocks on my paid phones, my calls were redirected to Genevieve and her network, who falsely claimed these requests could not be fulfilled. Given the advancements in technology, it is challenging to discern the identity of individuals we communicate with. I wish to ensure that these phones are included in the ongoing investigation. Now, regarding my neighborhood, while I am not an AT&T internet customer due to persistent attacks, I have learned that Genevieve has the ability to trigger outages. If she can instigate the recent global outages of AT&T, it is plausible that she was also responsible for the recent Verizon outage. Their strategy seems to involve creating disruptions, causing data breaches, and then lying low for a few days before resurfacing. This group is adept at evading detection by authorities. I suspect their involvement in the Microsoft outage, as my work computer experienced significant issues during that time. They are deeply integrated into government servers, responsible for data breaches within agencies like the Texas Department of Human Services and others in Chicago. Rest assured, they have returned to the locations of their previous crimes. The gravity of these offenses cannot be overstated. They have even been observed during team meetings on government computers, displaying a level of audacity that suggests they believe they are entitled to access any private server. I have learned that other victims are also reporting these crimes, but their voices are not being heard. This group operates under the belief that they alone deserve financial stability and good credit, all while inflicting harm on innocent individuals, which is profoundly unjust. I distinctly remember my attempts to report this matter to the FCC were thwarted by an influx of fake phishing emails—over a hundred—between 2022 and 2025, designed to block my reporting efforts. I have called the FCC and sent letters to no avail. We are indeed in a battle against these scammers, who feel entitled to your confidential data. I have also sought media attention, but their actions have led to data breaches preventing news coverage. This is grievous. I implore all of you to remain vigilant, as this criminal activity is transpiring right in our community.

Genevieve Bolden is solely responsible for the AT&T Data Breach which affected 7.3 million people. She is responsible for attacks on the elderly. Also, Genevieve attacked Lakeview and Loan care Data Breach. Genevieve is responsible the AT&T recent outage. She has been on server of DFPS and they don't want to do anything about. She is a black cat hacker for over 15 years, but she continues.

Genevieve Banks Bolden is a serial hacker. They are taken money from businesses. The following businesses are being affected: Shell Federal Ctedit Union, Comenity a bank, Baker Huges FCU. Bank of America. A T&T. DFPS, Lakeview Mortgage, Kroll, ABC13KTRK, Prairevire A&M. University of Houston-downtown, Equifax,Trans Union, Experian. They are changing test results, taken money, paying their bills, etc. These infractions has been going on for a totally of 9 years years!
