Just an update. I purchased the Thomas Kincaid revolving train mobile and got 2 pictures of a Christmas tree. I contacted Pay Pal, and they do not cooperate. I claimed fraud and they told me i had to. send them back to China. It took 20 days to got to China, and the $20.00 it cost me was refunded by Pay Pal. They blocked my credit card company. I am still wait for my $28.00 refund from Dreamylives. Pay Pal helps them to defraud you by making you dance through hoops.

I ordered two snowmen which I thought were figurines but were prints of snowmen. I asked for a refund with my return. Was told I had to pay $10 postage BUT they would give me $10 coupon for another purchase. THEN got an email saying store was empty of Christmas products. So I am out $27. Canceling PAYPAL for sure

I did not receive nor order from this bogus Dreamy Lives and have read nothing but bad reviews on them so if pay pal isn’t backing you as promised I am canceling my pay pal account and would like to be reembursed mv$59.96 ASAP.

I ordered a garden gnome. When I received it, not only did they send the wrong item but the item they sent had been broken. When I emailed the company for a full refund, they said they'd only give me a 30% refund and asked that I don’t leave feedback about the purchase. I went back and forth sending emails and they said the best they could do is a 40% refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal and all of a sudden the company will give me 100% refund only if I send the broken item back to China. That costs more than what the item cost. Dreamy Lives "store" doesn't exist anymore on the internet. What a rip off. Shame on Facebook for advertising such a crooked company. Shame on me for falling for this scam!

I had to send the items back. It has been 15 days and they still haven't arrived in China. It costs $20.00 to send the stickers that i was ripped off from. Dreamy lives is still selling items like this on Facebook and Paypal allows them to do it. They are aware of the scam and make it harder for you to get a refund.

This company is a disgrace, were they a UK operation Trading Standards would have closed them down long ago. They obtain your money by false pretenses. Showing a video of a working Christmas model on their website then sending you a picture of it is a SCAM. Whats more, PayPal are siding with them as Dreamylives have tracking of the false 'order' and say 'it' was delivered even thought the item ordered was not the item received. SCAM SCAM SCAM. If I could go to their premises I would go and burn it down!

I bought 5 gnomes and they were sent all broken filed the same complaint through PayPal like every one said here. They said I had to resend. So just to piss them off I sent the same package they were in I just stapled it. This company is a scam. It was worth to me to send the almost 27 to get back what I paid so they get 0. Stupid company. The funny thing is after they send me a stupid email saying I can have 15% off my order which is like 3-5.00 dollars and then I can order the same thing if I want new ones. What a crock of crap.

File a complaint through ic3.gov, FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. If you paid through PayPal, you can submit the pdf of the formal complaint through the Resolution section and you will not be required to mail back the printouts. This company is based in China, but distributing the printout/pics of these items from an Amazon fulfillment center in Coppell TX. They give the return address in China so that consumers will hesitate to mail it back as the cost for envelopes over 6.5 in. x 11.5 in. is more than the amount paid for the items ordered. They intentionally mail it out in an 8.5 in. x 11.5 in. plastic envelope that exceeds that size. However, you can fold them in half to meet the dimensions for USPS First Class mail and only pay a couple of dollars, if you are not able to dispute the charges with the payment method you utilized in the transaction. They arrive wrinkle up anyway. Hope this information helps someone.

Concerned. I sent my complaint to the FBI Internet Center and then to Paypal. Paypal has down nothing and also blocked my credit card company from obtaining case information. They are just as bad as Dreamylives. That is why the scam is going on for the last year.

After providing the Formal complaint through the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center to PayPal, I was reimbursed roughly 30 minutes after they received it. I did not have to return the printout/decals. Everyone just do yourself a favor and file the formal complaint through IC3.gov and save to your computer. Send a copy to PayPal via email @ [email protected] with your case# in the subject line. That is literally all I had to do after initiating the complaint through PayPal resolution Center and the seller responding to return the items. Even if you already mailed back the item, go through this process. Hopefully you all will have the same results and are refunded completely.

Pay pal made me ship my 2 cardboard back at the cost of $20.00. They reinbersed me. Ten days since i shipped them back to China. It still has not arrived. Paypal has done everything to favor the thieves. They would not give me my money till the crooks okay that i returned their rip off. Paypal helps these thieves. My product was sent out of an Amazon center in California.I ordered two of the mobiles.

I ordered four gnomes from Dreamy Lives off of Facebook on October 25. I received my four gnomes on November 25. To my dismay all four gnomes were placed in a plastic bag with no padding and shipped. They arrived in about 100 pieces. I tried contacting Dreamy Lives via Facebook but their account has been closed, I tried emailing them but never heard anything from them, so I contacted PayPal. PayPal had a resolution within 15 minutes. The resolution dreamy lives sent PayPal was for me to return the gnomes in the condition that they were shipped and I have to pay for the return shipping, when they receive them they will refund my money. However I cannot return the gnomes in condition they were shipped because they are in 100 pieces. The information for shipping is in Chinese I have no idea how to make a return label and why am I being charged to return some thing that is their fault I cannot understand this PayPal is no help. I have contacted them several times and I get the same canned responses.

I ordered 2 Thomas Kincaid Christmas Tree Sculpture Trains on Nov. 2, 2020. It had a rotating train, music and lights. Today, Dec.1, 2020, I received 2 pictures of the train on copy paper. I paid through PayPal and was charged $27.98. The advertisement for the trains was on Facebook and never mentioned that you would get a picture. The ad was for the train. Why would I pay for 2 xeroxed copies? This a total scam!

I paid $45.07 for 3 Thomas Kincaid Xmas items on Nov. 3, 2020 thru PayPal. Today I received my 3 items. They were 3 pictures of the items on 11 x 8 copy paper in plastic sleeves. Before receiving these I contacted them thru email wondering when I'd get my order.by using [email protected] When I received an answere it had Chinese symbols on the email address.
