I ordered from this company in sept. 2020 was ripped off for $ 50.00 never received my order what so ever. And they received my money.at this time still have not receive my order

These negative reviews are 100% accurate. I ordered a cream foundation cc cream that they stated which match any skin tone. I received a bb cream that was practically white and didn’t come close to my skin tone. When I told them about this issue, they offered me a 10% discount and told me to give it to a friend or family as a gift. I told them that I didn’t know anyone who’s skin tone it would match. So after going back and forth in emails, their last offer was 25%. I told them that was unacceptable and I either wanted a full refund and a prepaid return label or a product that would match my skin. Then they started all over with the 10% discount. At that point I put in a dispute with PayPal and within days they gave me a full refund. Please don’t buy from this company. They are a scam. And I would suggest always paying through PayPal

Reviews of this company are absolutely accurate. I ordered a Christmas figurine and received a crumpled WALL STICKER ($20 US) This company should not be in business and Pay Pal was no help at all i resolving this issue. Should be 100% illegal.

Their strategies are to make it attractive to buyers to purchase, then when buyers complain, they will offer 10% credit with long or delayed response to make buyers sick of it and just give up.
Their items always takes more than 2 months to come to not coming at all. Or you will get a shock getting completely rubbish things that not as per your orders.

I agree...I was scammed on a different issue ( a basin set that turned into a cheap grater disk) but had the same overall experience. They deal in fairly inexpensive products seemingly by design and discourage any pursuit of resolution when the shipping cost (and headache) of returning cheap substitute items to China could well approach the total selling price. You can be sure these returns would have to be sent as tracked, signature required, etc. or you can be darn sure they would claim they had never been returned. Even then, there is no guarantee. The standard offer of a 10% store credit is a joke, Why would anyone sent this bogus outfit any more money just to risk another scam? In the rare event they offer a bonafide refund of the item price, you are still well out of pocket for the initial shipping charges and then with sizeable return shipping costs. That's a lot of money paid just for the privilege of ending up exactly where you started before you ever ordered! Empty handed and empty wallet. I will do everything in my power to publicize my negative experience and hope it impacts this sham of a "business". Cheers!

So, there have been many victims from this dodgy company, not just myself. I will not give up and make sure this bad disgusting company stops their behaviour. I am with Paypal resolution centre and looks like they have seller protection, therefore regardless of how bad and misleading with deliberately scams to buyers, they either not issue refunds or if they refund, buyers have to pay return shipping cost and it's lucky if they can claim back with Paypal.
How this type of business keep surviving and Paypal would continue to let them do this? There must be heaps of complaints.

I sent my pictures back that was supposed to be Thomas Kincaid mobiles. They have been sitting in the Chinese post office since 12/11/2020. it cost 20 dollars to send it back to a fake Chinese address. Paypal is as crooked as them.

I ordered 1 gnome back in October - have yet to receive it. I filled a complaint with Pay Pay and they are fully refunding my money. So hopefully I see it back within the next 5 days as promised. I was following my order with the tracking number and it had been sitting in Canadian customs since December 5th with no movement all of a sudden I see it has been sent along as of Jan.6th - I am now super curious to see what kinda junk I am going to get if it actually gets delivered

This is what arrived today 3rd Jan 2021. Cheap plastic figures with shabby clothes. One has just head broken which cannot be put back on This is not what I ordered. My ORDER was EVIL ELVES. They are nothing like what ye advertised. I could buy these in the 99p store for less than 50p each. I paid $64.95 for complete and utter rubbish. This is a rip off. I want my moneyback its not what I ordered

I ordered resin Evil gnomes, got 3 bloody plastic dwarves, don't know where the 4 others are.Snow white didn't know either.
Put it down to experience albeit a bad one.

I ordered 2 bottles of a all over cover-up foundation ( BoGo) from Dreamy Lives back in the beginning of November. I have to say, it was my stupidity in doing so before I checked out the reviews first. But after reading them, I tried to get with PayPal immediately after ordering. Needless to say at no avail. Like many have said here, PayPal does nothing. I just decided to cut my loss and look to getting a picture in the mail of the product and nothing else. Then a packaged arrived on Christmas Eve. It was two boxes of some kind of fine powder. Everything on box written in Chinese. But product name is OYAX . The package had a California return address on it, but I WILL NOT return them only to be taken again. These are scammers from Communist China, who do nothing but scam people all over the world and do it because they know they can. I ordered from an add on Facebook as well. Will never make this mistake again. This is why I do not like to buy on-line. Will continue to buy my products off the store shelf...Shame on whomever these people are, they are truely despicable!

Ordered 3 different gnomes on 10-25-20, just got them today in the mail. Two of them were the same thing and all 3 were broken in numerous pieces. I've filed a complaint with paypal. Will see where this goes.

First this order took forever to get to me.
I ordered 3 completely different Evil Gnomes, however, received 2 of the same item. None of which looked like what was advertised. Half the size of what was advertised and every piece was broken severely. I am in the process of cancelling/ being refunded my PayPal payment I made to this company. I would have gotten better quality from the dollar store. How is this company still doing business?

I bought 8 garden gnomes from a facebook ad. They were supposed to be at least 10" tall. The tallest one is 5 1/2". They are tiny. All of them were broken when they arrived. They weren't in boxes like they showed on the website. They were all just thrown into a bubble bag.

I paid for 2 Thomas Kincaid Christmas and all I got were 2 pictures of the items. They shouldn't be allowed to "sell". Sad that they have taken advantage of so many people and I should have done my homework. I would add pictures but I don't know how to do it.
