The physical mail I got was a meticulously crafted to induce the sense of urgency and mimic legitimate warranty warning, but without any indication of the sender's legal entity that raise the alert. I called the number and confronted the other party and they told me that the data was "purchased". I did not test if they will provide what they are trying to sell which is the extended car warranty as the it has enough red flags to avoid.

They called multiple times regarding a 2015 Honda civic that I do not own, and now they sent me a letter. Very unsettling!
