I ordered 3 xmas wreaths and received 1 tiny wreath and 2 pillows the size for a toy doll and 1 pillow had the face of Santa the other pillow was an xmas pic on. They were advertised as elegant wreaths I threw them in the garbage. Its false advertising and they don't do refunds. This business should be shut down.

I ordered two ornaments that were suppose to light up and have revolving trains and all that I received was two decals of a picture of said ornament. What a scam. I will be disputing my charge on my credit card. Shame on Facebook for allowing this type of advertisement.

They advertised with video showing an animated Christmas tree but only sent a decal of the tree. PayPal wants you to return the item but shipping will cost more than what you originally paid. PayPal should also ban them since they had a lot of victims already

I ordered 2 ornaments which was supposed to light up ,play music , and a moving train. All they sent was 2 pictures of them. SCAM !
I have tried to get a refund through PayPal, dreamylives have agreed to a refund, only if items are sent back in a couple of days, tracking, BUT they have sent the return address in Chinese, and the post office cannot find it on their computers. Obviously they don't want to pay my refund. Disgrace, stay clear of these fraudsters !

I also got scammed. Shame on me, twice. This is a Chinese company making millions of dollars from suckers like us. The first thing I ordered was a Thomas Kincade Christmas tree for $28.48. The second one I ordered was a Glass Snowman for. Both were supposed to me figurines. I got two pictures that weren't even good ones! I also want my money back. I think we might have a big problem doing it being it is a scam from overseas. I will never stop trying, though! Anyone got any suggestions?

I placed an order on Nov 3 for Xmas ornaments My order totalled $142.46. I have t received any acknowledgement that my order was accepted or processed. The only thing I know is that the payment was taken from my PayPal account.. I’ve been getting worried about my order so I came online last night & all I’ve read is negative comments. I’m disabled & I’m unable to shop in stores so I’ve been doing my Xmas shopping online. If my order is only a picture or a sticker I don’t want it & I want my order cancelled & my money refunded so I can do my shopping elsewhere. I’ve talked to PayPal & I was advised to contact you first & if my money isn’t refunded by you, they will investigate on my behalf

I purchased something from dreamylives on 11/03/2020 & to date 11/19/2020 have not received my product gave me a usps tracking # which is not legiate. cmiert is also involved &shopify.vip.com. I think this is a scam that was on facebook. Dont know if i will ever receive my purchase
