I have been applying for jobs for a couple months now and I have been unemployed. I have applied for so many jobs I cant keep track. I am aware that scams can happen over text and through fake jobs. I received a message from Anoosha Zafar at the number 5182261543. At first I did not trust them, but I researched the company and Sagility Healthcare is a real online job. I continued to message on my phone to see if it was legit. They told me I would be a Data Entry Clerk and I would go through an online interview process on Teams. I thought it was face to face, but instead it was through text. I answered 20 questions, then the following day I received a offer letter. Although I thought it was odd, the internet told me that Sagility Healthcare interviews are done fully online, with long wait times and it can be confusing. With this, I did not see any red flags. Upon completing the interview and receiving an offer letter, I thought I was hired! They asked me to fill out a pdf I-9 form and send a clear picture of the front and back of state ID (drivers license). (02/27/2026). They currently have my address, phone number, SSN, drivers license, my university, photo, date of birth, first, last name with middle initial, and Email Address. After accepting my offer letter and emailing ([email protected]) my documents I continued to chat on teams. The Hiring Representative for Sagility Healthcare LLC was Thomas Miller. The next step in the acceptance process was to order new software to deliver to my home for work, which was the latest version of iPhone, iPad, and apple laptop. This they claimed was the final step before I start working. It wasn't until they sent me a link to a "jotform" to fill out a ACH transfer, using this link: https://form.jotform.com/253025585402149. In this form they requested my Username and Password. Now it was from here I realized this was a job scam. I refused to fill out the form and they are currently still trying to convince me to share this information. Thomas Miller said I can call him using the number 5107881908 then later wanted to use teams to call. I did not call or answer the phone when he called me last night (3/3/2026). I realized that the Sagility Healthcare LLC logo they used included a hyphenated "TM" while the real company has a hyphenated R in a circle. I realized they did not refer me to any websites and I did not write out my signature. If you want to work for Sagility healthcare, apply on their online website. these pay $11-14, not $25. The fake logo includes (TM).

I got hired to work with this company, they had me buy my equipment and send it to "Newegg Commerce, Inc" to get software added and then they took apple credits from my account, which got my account shut down. They gave me fraud checks
