Called from Lending Resource Center (phone 1(931) 655-5209) said I was approved for a loan that I didn’t request. Told them I recently filed bankruptcy and asked to be taken off the call list.

Received same call 2 days ago.

They have been calling for several weeks. I haven’t provided any info. Once I say anything about bankruptcy they hang up. So that works.

I started receiving spam calls from an unknown finance company named the Lending Resource Center several months ago. I did not answer and marked the calls as spam. They do leave voicemail. Which was annoying. But ifigured if I did no answer they would just go away. After a few months, I answered because I was tired of them filling my voicemail every few weeks. I pressed 9 on their automated system that indicated it would remove me from the call list. The calls intensified after this. A few weeks later I answered and spoke to a live person and explained that I did not want a loan and did not want anymore calls. They said they would place me on their do not call list. The calls intensified even further. Filling my voicemail in a matter of 2 or 3 days now. 4-5 calls a day. I don't know what to do other than let you know and get an attorney.

I’ve received 170 calls from this company in the last 2 MO’s. Initiated with a robo-call saying my loan approval has been processed. I have not submitted for any loan approvals.

I have been called daily for the last 3 weeks by a Lending Resource Center. I have asked multiple times to be put on do not call list. Does anyone have an official address. Last Person i spoke to on the phone would only say "new york". I want to file in small claims court so that I can be compensated for my time. The phone number is different each time. The recording always says Isabell Herera from lending resource center.
I have asked to speak to a supervisor but they always get told there is no supervisor.

They have called me every single day multiple times a day leaving messages claiming that they have an offer on a loan and just need additional information. I refused to confirm any information until they provided me with a website or address. They kept trying to get me to give them information but I refused until they confirmed their legitimacy. They eventually hung up

I have received multiple phone calls from multiple different numbers in regards to a loan, that I NEVER applied for! I told them multiple times TO NOT CALL ME, TAKE ME OFF THE LIST! They kept calling!! I have deleted over 30 voicemails with the same message recording all from different numbers!! I am also registered my phone number to the national do not call list already!! It is at the point were they are HARASSING! I have easily over 50 numbers blocked!

I have been contacted multiple times per day by this organization, Lending Resource Center, offering me a personal loan that I didn't apply for. They use a different number each time and the number in their message to reach them is invalid.

I get about 3 phone calls a day from “Lending Resource Center”. It’s an automated message saying they have approved my loan and just need to verify income. Press 1 to be connected to someone. At that point, someone with a heavy accent who has my name answers and attempts to receive personal information from me for a loan I never applied for. I have asked them to stop calling me at least 5 times and haven’t been successful. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor and told they wouldn’t be available for 30 min. Asked for the supervisor to call me and received no call back.

I can see by the countless complaints, that I'm not the only one being harassed. It is beyond sickening how many numbers and names this SPAM COMPANY uses. At some point, some government agency needs to step in and fix this. I'm tired of this! I get about FIVE calls a day, all from a different name and phone number. I am on two DO NOT CALL registries! MAKE IT STOP! There's only so many numbers I can mark as spam and still live a normal life. I mean MY GOD!

Despite being on the do not call registry, and asking repeatedly for Lending Resource Center to stop calling, and filing a complaint with the FCC, I continue to get voicemail messages regarding a personal loan that I have never applied for. I have also blocked every number they have called me from, but the calls continue to come through. The phone number to return the call to is 866-398-2896.

Scammer will attempt to call your number attempting to offer an "loan" with spoofed numbers and having them in the voicemail telling you to call the 1-800 number, 1 (855) 909-0815. They will then ask for your personal identifiable information such as bank details and social security number.
