Order placed online (website indicated they deal with local florists) on June 10, 2026 with a delivery date of June 12, 2026.

Checked status of delivery on June 16th, 2026 which indicated 'delivered'. Called 877 600 8534 (found on website) and could only get 'Frank - AI Assistant', which also indicated order (4422363) was delivered. Verified with intended recipient - address correct and order was NOT received. Called same # but could NOT get a 'live' individual to speak with. Found another # on website (877 450 2177) for orders and spoke with Annie who said they would do an investigation and get back to me (24-hours). After much discussion they finally agreed to make a 'replacement' delivery today, June 19, 2026 while investigation ongoing. Confirmation of delivery email would be sent to me. I would NOT recommend this company as I believe they are fraudulent and ONLY address issues when / if a client follows-up and 'pushes' for resolution.

ordered flowers from them yesterday, they promise same day delivery (the flowers were delivered today) and were NOT what i ordered. I paid $80 for a green planter........it was supposed to be a basket of flowers & greenery, they even changed the message on the card. they also go by blossomflowerdelivery. my office contacted me that the website i was on was considered a phishing scam (after i placed my order!). i called them 855-874-5781 and was on hold for ONE hour, only to be transferred to a voicemail!! the email they provide on their hold music is not legit. last night they called me back, and on my caller ID it was my local hospital, not the flower delivery?? so this whole thing was VERY shady!!

This website says they are Better Business Bureau approved but according to your website they are not. They offer same day delivery as you can see on their website. I ordered flowers that were never delivered but they told me they were delivered 2 days after they were ordered. I think this company is a scam and you can't even leave a google review to warn the public you can see the logo at the bottom of the website that also says 100% guarentee

I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. Order was confirmed. Then they called and emailed me wanting to confirm my phone number. Their order voice mail said it would take about 5 minutes, 20 minutes later I finally got someone, and they confirmed my phone number. Then I get a voice mail saying that they can't fulfill my order but a "partner" of theirs can for just $30 more. Once again, I called and was put on eternal wait. I called back and hit the number for placing an order and low and behold someone answered on the second ring. I cancelled the order and told them it was a scam system. They continued to call me and hang up on me repetitively 4 x that evening. Then this morning they send me a discount on my next order. People need to know that this is just one company helping another charge higher prices. I have ordered elsewhere but see the charge is still on my card. Can you help?

I called to order flowers to be delivered. I asked if they were a local florist, they said yes. Ordered the flowers and was told they would be delivered by 6 pm that day. I received an email from [email protected] saying that the order was delivered. I called the intended recipient, she said she did not receive anything. I called the florist, it went to voicemail telling the hours to call...pacific time!. I finally got in touch with them and they claimed that the flowers were wilted so they didn't send them. I asked why it says they were delivered and why i was charged. They couldn't answer. I asked if they were in Irmo, SC, they said they were in California but used flower shops in Irmo. I asked for a name of the contacted florist, they said they didn't know. I told them i better have the money back in my account by Monday. It has not been refunded yet.

The scammer offers a full array of flowers for delivery. They take your funds and never deliver the product that was paid for.

They are posing as a BC Business. They have the ScamPulse.com Logo on their website. They have a Map of Kelowna with Business location on their website. They say they have been in business since 1998 in Kelowna, BC. I ordered flowers and I was charged in US Currency. I Understand ScamPulse.com may not be able to get my money back, but thought it was important for you to know that they are false advertising they belong to the BBB.

Online website indicated the city I wanted to buy flowers from. When I called, I asked TWICE if they were in the city in Minnesota I wanted to buy from. Twice I was told yes. I ordered flowers for a funeral and picked a picture of the flowers from their website. The flowers delivered were completely different and in a different container and arrangement than I chose.

I ordered flowers for a colleague and didn't think that anything was wrong until I went to confirm that the flowers were delivered. I cannot connect to any customer service, cannot update the tracking information that they provided, I cannot reach a single person.

They act as a conduit to get local flower deliveries & then the flowers are never delivered.

I placed an order for delivery to my Mother's address a week before her birthday. I paid through their website and the $$ was taken out of my account, which was expected. The flowers were never delivered and when calling the customer service number, when I told them the flowers were never delivered I would just get hung up on. It even said on their website tracking that the flowers were 'Delivered'. I've tried to get a refund with no luck and the one time I actually spoke with a representative, they told me they use a local florist, well there is only 1 local florist in town and they never received an order from them or for my mother. I was then called by a representative saying that for the flowers to be delivered that I would have pay an extra $35, when I already paid over $100 for the flowers and expedited delivery. This place is a call center not in the US as I asked what time it was where he was. He was 5 hours ahead of me and I'm on Pacific Time. So, even in HI this wouldn't hold true. It's too bad that they're allowed to take US Currency without verifying that they're an actual credited business.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. They were never delivered and I followed up by calling and speaking to someone for the next six days. They continue to tell me that they are in transit. Once I looked them up online and read reviews, I could see that many people are getting scammed, and that flowers are not being delivered. This company is bogus. (There is no address on its website, just [email protected])

I went to website to order flowers online for my friend. I paid with my debit card. Filled out the delivery address and billing address and entered my payment info. Received an email confirmation with order number. I get a phone call today from a person (forgot her name) she says she is from Blossom Flowers and that I placed an order with Sunny Flower and they wanted to confirm the recipient address and my address and email. Which I did but gave no other info. They said that they sent approval to Sunny Flower to make and delivery the flowers and should receive an email. Well I contacted the fraud dept. at my bank and told them what was going on. I said I think it's a possible scam and I gave the caller my name and address and my email and my friends name and address to them but no other info. My bank confirmed $98.86 was withdrawn from Blossom Flowers 877-414-7903 they said don't give them any personal info and for me to google the numbers. So I googled the phone numbers 877-414-7903, 747-212-0895, 855-874-5781 and to my surprise I see a low rating for them, flowers did not look like what they ordered, even had a ScamPulse.com review and etc. So the last time I checked my email nothing from them and at 6:21 pm I received a text from number 971-257-5667 address to me saying my flower order was not delivered on time due to high current volume short on drivers that they promise to delivery my order asap. And they contacted the recipient about the delay at their end and confirmed the delivery. Which I am not responding to the text cause my friend has not contacted me at all today and she would have contacted me about this so this is making me feel like this is still a scam.
