Weston Blake advertised online original Hoka Bondi sneakers, size 10, male. They arrived today and they are not originals - they are knock-offs/counterfeit. The address is not a store but a home in Toronto, Canada.

Their website offers name brand shoes. I ordered a pair of Asics Novablast 5. I received a pair that appear similar to the genuine shoes but are extremely narrow and the soles are very hard, unlike the actual Asics Novablast 5 that I already own. I have contacted the seller several times. The best they offer is a 50% refund or that I pay to ship the shoes for them to inspect and possibly receive a full refund. I believe the seller is fully aware that the product is counterfeit and I don't believe it fair that I should have to pay to ship them in hope of a full refund. I have contacted my credit card issuer to seek a refund.

I bought a pair of asics sneakers and they were clearly counterfeit. I went to the asics store to compare, I have photos but the uploader isn't working. Customer support is threatening me for asking for a refund.

Ordered Asics Novablast 6 Running shoes from Weston Blake on August 8th 2026. Item arrived August 23 2026. After inspection of shoes I noticed differences from Weston Blakes site and Asics main site. The colors were off on the upper. The font on the tongue was the wrong color and the sticker in the shoe showing the serial number was fake, showing a known fraudulent model number. The box serial number did not match the shoes either, new running shoes have serial numbers matching the box, in this case it did not.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of women's asics gel nimbus shoes on June 4th. I received an email with the order information and the tracking information. The shoes arrived on June 13 and to my disappointment, they were all in men's sizes not women's. I have reached out via email, contact forms on the company website, and to the phone number on the website. When I call, there is no answer or ability to leave a voicemail and no one from the company has responded to my requests for a refund or exchange.
