I initially saw an ad on TikTok but wanted to see what other options they had. I went to fairytent.com, ordered two items for a total of $56. The website said that the items shipped from Florida. It was a good deal and not coming from overseas so I was excited. Then I got an email with tracking info from China. It took four weeks to “arrive” at the Post Office. I never received it and the Post Office never received it. I waited a few days before emailing them just to be sure the Post Office hadn’t misplaced it. I’ve been emailing with them since then. I’ll send a message requesting a refund. They’ll respond back with apologies and excuses and an option to resend with a $15 fee. I’ll respond requesting a full refund and they come back with apologies and excuses and a 20% refund, then a 50% refund. The website has gone inactive somewhere between not receiving my order and sending my first email.

I purchased some athletic dresses (that were advertised on TikTok) for $36.17. I begin to follow the tracking information on www.tracking718.com and they kept me updated for a month with "detailed" information. It states it was delivered a month later (07/20/2026) Status said delivered, but when I started to complain about it not being delivered, all the tracking information disappeared from logistic sight and was replaced with "unknown". No one is answering my emails and on FairyTent.com it states that there is a live chat option 24/7. There is not. I emailed the tracking company which is legit and they emailed me back stating the the courier reported the item delivered and they could not help.

Ordered 9 pairs of pants for $25.00. Said it was delivered after over a month of shipping. The package never arrived. Contacted the company and they wanted $15 for a re-shipping fee. Still waiting for a refund.
