My daughter purchased a pet on Starpets.gg using my credit card. Supposedly, this site will send the pet to your Roblox account. While attempting to do this, she received error code 13 repeatedly, so I contacted their customer service. "Our bots are still not working properly as our site is currently in testing state. If there is an overload or some other technical error, it's normal that it can't send you to the bot or not accepting friend request or not accepting trade. I suggest you wait a while and try again but if its not working, you have to wait. We don't have any estimated time or date. Unfortunately we cannot do anything because our experts are already trying to solve problems and trying to finish testing state. We are sorry! Dear user, do you have another question? I'm happy to assist you!" was the response I received from their customer service. Their solution is to wait indefinitely. They refuse to issue a refund.
