Phishing scam via USPS. Received postcard to an unknown addressee at MY home address about a mortgage with a bank I do not do business with: "This notice is regarding your mortgage with SOUTHERN FIRST BANK. We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan. This is time sensitive so please call us at 888-362-2821 as soon as possible." Footnote on the postcard says: "All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC. 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by SOUTHERN FIRST BANK."

Postcard received -

"IMPORTANT NOTICE: RESPONSE NEEDED BY MAY 01, 2026

NAME,

This notice is regarding your mortgage with Evergreen Moneysource Mortgage Co.

We need you to call us about an important matter regarding this loan.

This is time sensitive so please call us at 833-370-3995 as soon as possible."

In small letters below it says:

"All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by Evergreen Moneysource Mortgage Co."

I have not had a loan with them since the initial home purchase in 2021, and then they sold my loan to another entity.

Sent a postcard (blue) which had my name and address on it. The postcard is attached. We have received multiple mails from this scammer.

Two postcards, so far, requesting a phone call to a phone number on the card regarding a past mortgage from Cherry Creek Mortgage Co. The phone number is not for Cherry Creek Mortgage, and indicates a different name and phone number for Mortgage Services Group, LLC. The post card contains a Mortgage ID number.

Have been receiving several postcards from these people at Mortgage Services Group, LLC telling me it is important that I contact them about my recent mortgage with Prime Lending. There are two telephone numbers shown on the card: 1)833-382-6707; and 2) 877-899-1809 with the name of Mortgage Services Group, LLC as the company. Also, showing on post card is the postage paid information of Daytona BCH FL permit number #457.

I don't call, however am worried that these people will try to scam my house and create mortgages in my name.

They mailed a small piece of paper like a small postcard listed my full name of first, middle, and last with their phone number stated: " This is time sensitive so please call us at 844-892-0209 as soon as possible"

then underneath those statement stated: " All information provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan information not provided by your current lender "

and above my full name and resident address stated: " Mortgage ID: 61139-136-948 "

On the upper right of this post card in a square box stated:

" PRESORTED

FIRST CLASS MAIL

U.S. POSTAGE

PAID

DAYTONA BEACH

PERMIT #457 "

Under this square box stated: " 2064 - 3039 - V7 "

There is nothing on the other but blank space

Received postcard re: Notice regarding our mortgage with _________. They need us to call about an important matter regarding the loan. Time sensitive so call 844-693-0615 as soon as possible. In small print, said that all info provided by Mortgage Services Group, LLC, 877-899-1809. Not affiliated with, sponsored by, and loan info not provided by the same mortgage company __________. Also mis-spelled our last name. Assumed it was a scam, and now seeing that it indeed is a scam. [censored]ers !!
