This guy is totally running a scam. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. Just like one of the people who wrote above me in the comments, they won't fix the problem and when you ask for a receipt, they will give you the runaround. They eventually stopped taking my calls after they reneged on a follow-up appointment. If they ask you to pay via Venmo, don't do it, unless it's a business account, which it won't be. The reason they have a personal Venmo is because the company is a fraud.

Yes I had the same experience with (323) 977-7674 Appliance Repair. A guy came out in a little car with no parts. He told me the part he needed was not available but he would check availability on Monday and call back. Never called back and when I call the number they still never call back. So they got their $90 service fee and did nothing.

I hired a repairman who gave me this number. The entire company IS A SCAM. He is an actor and steals your deposit the disappears. Here is the Yelp reviews of this company. I hired an appliance repair person. The phone numbers they use are under Appliance Repair (313-454-2913. They also use the name Appliance Services phone number (323) 977-7674. They came to my home on January 16, 2023 and repaired my dryer for 432 they said it was full parts and labor warranty for three months. I asked for a receipt and copy of the warrant and the man said he would email it to me. He cashed my check January 17, 2023. I called both numbers numerous times asking for them to email the receipt and warrant. Was told over and over they would. They never did email me a receipt or warranty copy. On March 6 the dryer stopped working. I have called them numerous times to come back and repair the dryer. I was assured by a man named Lee that someone would call me back. After numerous calls they now just hang up on me or my phone number goes directly to voice mail. It is clear they have no plans to honor their warranty. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to lose that money. The dryer should still be under warranty according to them until April 16, 2023.
