On line, the company (Orlenasd) clearly advertised a large (perhaps 5-6") nicely boxed, 12-in-1 finger tip medical monitor that measured bodily functions such as blood pressure, blood oxygen level, glucose level, etc. After ordering the product, I received an email from the company confirming PRECISELY what I ordered. What I later received was a 3" monitor that measures 2 bodily functions (blood pressure and blood oxygen level). It came in bubble wrap, not the nice box shown in both the online advertisement AND in the confirmation email that they sent me. Upon followup confirmation, the company, despite my demands, neither sent me the product I had offered nor reimbursed my money ($51.89). Instead, they apologized for the "misunderstanding" (implying that I was the one who misunderstood) and offered me a 15% discount on future purchases. They are shysters for sure and I would counsel anyone to avoid dealing with them.
