I received a phone call from a private number saying

"This is Susan from the support staff at J. Williams & Associates. This message is solely intended for (ME), I am letting you know that there are possible pending allegations against you, including possible fraudulent transactions and/or possible fraudulent banking activity. These are serious potential allegations. I highly recommend calling us back at 888-206-0190. I would like to discuss these matters with you. I can be reached at extension 109 till 5 pm"

I one regular bank and a credit union and both are in good standing. They never mentioned what bank or activity, I called the banks I have and there is no issues. I believe this is a scam.

They been calling but I have not answer them. They left voicemail saying they are calling from J Williams and Associates in regards to a legal documents that have been attacvhed to my name and social. They ask for me to sign off on a written order of execution. To be served out to my address. However they elected to at least give me a courtesy call and give me a chance to reach out to the office and make a statement in my defense. Tracking number SS 806 and number to call them is 833-501-2296. If they do not hear from me by 9/22 @ 10am they will be forced to send this out to Monterey County and face potential garnishment, jail time in regards to allegations of fraudulent banking activity.
