I ordered one product only one time in June 2026. In July 2026 and August 2026 I was sent the same product that I did not order and my debit card charged. Even after confirming with Kittysupps that I did not have any subscriptions or autoships. The email regarding the July shipment they mentioned that I may have ordered it by mistake which is not correct. I’ve sent emails saying that I’m not ordering this and they’re being sent fraudulently. I guess it’s a wait and see what happens at the end of this month of September.

Ordered the product through an ad on Facebook and contacted them several times and only received one response saying basically we don't know why it is not being delivered.

I saw their ad and thought it was a good product waited forever to get it contacted paypal they said it was delivered on 5/23 the driver said she put it on the porch then she said she put it in a postal locker then she said she put it in the mailbox it was never in the mailbox i contacted them several times no response how can facebook put these places on their site its disgusting

I just wanted to try the taurine subscription once but they have failed to send me any product the past 3 months. I have reported it to the bank. They charged me for the product and a foreign transaction fee. It is evidently based in Australia.
