I purchased an item from this company. It did not arrive within the estimated delivery window. When I contacted the company about the delivery date they were very unhelpful and ultimately said they would be cancelling the order and issuing a refund. The refund also never arrived. I attempted to contact them several more times and they became entirely unresponsive.
