I saw an ad on Instagram for the products this company was selling and took interest. I made a purchase via credit card online. The company kept pushing out the shipping/delivery date and eventually said I had a shipping label created with a "tracking number." No hyperlink or anything where I can see the shipping progress. Furthermore I did more research on the website and it appears it is a scam including all of the social media advertising. I reported the issue to Instagram and the Cozy Rush page was taken down.
