I booked a vacation to Turks and Caicos along with 8 others with travel agent Tichelle S Richards with www.chellewetravel.com. we paid her $2,590.00 a piece and when asked for confirmation for fight, hotel, and excursions and come to find out she never booked anything and when we requested our money back she unenrolled her Gmail. She stopped all communications April 8th 2025 and we haven't heard from her since. We've sent her numerous emails and now we're taking legal action.
