An itinerary was sent out November 2, 2022 in regards to our Greece trip. Our deposit of $400 was due on December 16, 2022 to lock in the quoted price and the remainder of the price was due on June 6, 2023. We each had to pay $3,500.00. Therefore, we gave her a total of $21,0000.00 for everything on the itinerary; (I can provide the copy with date stamped).
The dates of the trip were September 6, 2023-September 14, 2023.
I requested an itemized document of what was purchased. We had to come out of our pocket and we did not receive everything we paid for so we need and deserve some of our money back. Tichelle has yet to respond back to my email.

I booked a vacation to Turks and Caicos along with 8 others with travel agent Tichelle S Richards with www.chellewetravel.com. we paid her $2,590.00 a piece and when asked for confirmation for fight, hotel, and excursions and come to find out she never booked anything and when we requested our money back she unenrolled her Gmail. She stopped all communications April 8th 2025 and we haven't heard from her since. We've sent her numerous emails and now we're taking legal action.
