Using fake name Norton scamming 855-523-4266
I'm writing this email to report a scam incident in which an individual was posing as a McAfee support employee. While searching for information on the internet related to antivirus services, I came across a page that read “How do I cancel my Norton subscription (Antivirus-Help).” This page had a telephone number listed as 855-523-4266, which I thought was genuine.
However, after calling the support team, they told me that my system was in danger and that I should purchase Amazon gift cards as a form of payment for the services. I then realized that I was being scammed, as the person never responded after receiving the information related to the gift cards.
I request that you look into this incident and take necessary action.
Sincerely ,

Using fake name for Norton 833-347-5021
I'm writing to report a scam incident involving a fake Norton subscription cancellation service. I searched online for help to cancel my Norton plan and found a page displaying the number 833-347-5021. When I called, the representative claimed my account was compromised and pressured me to secure it immediately. They instructed me to purchase Amazon gift cards as a “verification and refund processing” method. Trusting them, I followed their instructions and shared the card details. Shortly after, I realized I had been scammed. I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent others from falling victim.

Using fake name of Facebook scam 855-554-3492
I would like to report a scam related to a fake Facebook help page titled “What If Someone Hacked My Facebook and Changed…”. While searching online for assistance with my Facebook account issue, I came across this page that displayed the phone number 855-554-3492 as a support contact. Believing it to be legitimate Facebook support, I called the number. The person who answered claimed to be a technician and said my account had been compromised. They asked for personal information and attempted to convince me to make a payment to recover my account. Later, I realized this was a fraudulent support scam. I am reporting this so appropriate action can be taken to prevent others from being victimized.
Sincerely,
Concerned User
