On 12/6/2024, I bought a couple Christmas items from this website that was advertising on Instagram ads. The website claims the business is based in Wyoming, USA. They were claiming to have a sale running that "ends at midnight". They have had this same "sale" running everyday since I purchased my items. They originally never sent me a purchase confirmation email or receipt. I had to reach out to the to get my receipt and tracking numbers. They provided incorrect tracking numbers twice. After finally getting the correct tracking I noticed the products were shipping from China. Once the products arrived, it was clear I had been scammed. The products look nothing like the pictures or descriptions on their website. They are extremely poor quality and do not match anything that their website described them as. They enticed me to buy with how good they looked in the pictures and the fact that they were running a fake sale they said was ended but never did. The items were heavily discounted but still expensive. When I tried to get a refund, as it says on their website they offer 30 days full refund for any item I am dissatisfied with, they tried to get me to keep the items from offering me first a 20% refund and then a 40% refund. I declined and asked for a full refund. They then said I had to pay for shipping and tracking number and send the products back to China, which is prohibitedly expensive and all a part of the scam I am sure.
