I placed an order for 36 silicon furniture leg caps on 1/2/20 and more than a month later received 9 or the items. The sellers response was that they had a tracking number and that I should check with the post office (for an incomplete order).

I paid through PayPal. I attempted to dispute the charge through my bank and they said I had to take this up with PayPal. PayPal's response was incoherent. It writing PayPal stated that I had to send back the items received (at a cost of $34 to return them to China) for a refund of $36.99. The live representative at PayPal told me that I could not be expected to ship to an address provided to me in Mandarin nor was it appropriate that I had to cover shipping of a mistake of the seller. Despite this, PayPal denied my claim in favor of the seller; Dreamy Lives, LTD.

It would appear that a) Facebook takes no responsibility to ensure that vendor are legitimate - Dreamy Lives, LTD, Bellemoise, and other names associated with this seller are now gone on Facebook b) PayPal is all too happy for cover for vendors like this giving them ample opportunity to defraud buyers. The only response PayPal was willing to accept from me was a tracking number for the return to China that their own person said was not actionable due to the address and cost.

I will not order anything through a Facebook vendor again and my confidence in PayPal is now gone. Buyers...beware.

I purchased this off of a Facebook advisement. Never received item and could not contact anyone. Site was no longer available after I checked.

I ordered furniture silicon protection covers for chair legs on 1/20/2020. I received a tracking order which when hit says there is no such address. I take it I am out the $25.84. They advertised pretty aggressively on Facebook. There is no way to reach them. I am tired of these scam deals. No more online ordering for me.

I ordered and paid for " Professional Steam Hair Straightener-Exquisite Box × 1". 1) Although I received a tracking number, I was never able to track it; 2) I received an item 3 weeks after I ordered it but it was the wrong product. I emailed the company explaining what happened along with a copy of the order/confirmation and requesting the correct product be sent stating that I would return what was sent. I was asked to send a picture of the packaging it came in as well as the product packaging. I sent that information and they told me that it would be easier for me to "sell the product and reorder with a 10% discount"...another response said ""it always cost more than 10 USD. Besides, as we need to issue refund to you when we receive the return unit which will take more than 20 working days." I had mentioned that the same thing may take place if I were to reorder and did not feel that it was a good idea to reorder.

After repeatedly asking for their return address to send the product back, I received an email stating "We are very regret to inform you that the item you ordered is out of stock now. We deeply apologize for this situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us."
