I received this text message on 5/4/2025 at 2:40 pm. "My Name, Harris&Harris-collects for Maryland CCU for Tollway Debt. Reference Number: ********* Balance $1234.56 To Pay: hhtps://hhcollect.co/Dxx94 or call ###-###-#### Reply STOP to stop". The scammer had actionable information, enough to cause me to attempt to respond to the text. The response I received was a scam alert from the BBB! Thank you for being so diligent.
