Received a call that immediately launched into a script, didn't answer any questions. I was only able to write down the number at the end, looked it up and saw the exact same number reported on the ScamPulse.com page. The message was as follows: "My name is Sophia Marshall with document services. This call is intended for _________. For a reference number, ______. This is a formal notice regarding the noncompliance notice that is being filed against you. If you have not received the notice properly by mail, please call the litigation's office immediately to request a copy to be sent out certified. Please note this complaint can move forward legally without your consent within one to 2 business days, please feel free to contact the office with any further questions at. 888-844-9156. Please consider yourself notified. Thank you." this is the message I received. The call came from a local 651 number, which is the only reason I answered.

Call and voice mail left from three different numbers, both local prefix and non local prefix

This message is solely intended for, ****** *****  I am calling on behalf of document delivery services. We have been retained to schedule and deliver legal documents to you between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM at either your home or your place of employment. We'll be making only 2 attempts to deliver these documents, which will require signature as proof of delivery. If we are unable to deliver these documents after 2 attempts, it will be classified as a failed action to serve, which will result in the pending matter to proceed further without your consent. If you have any questions or if you need to reschedule this delivery, you will need to contact the office directly at 877-379-4433 and reference your file number 2025 – 82192604. While trying to file a small business document, I was brought to this site: [email protected]. This is a COMPLETE SCAM because it's free to file the document, and their phone number and address are not in service and are not real. Grimey *** people!

Continue to receive calls attempting to falsify judgement notices that do not exist . Messages are left to a different number .Claims legal documents on hold unless I can that day. The second number provided 844 701 0105. These calls have occurred over the last four months but from different numbers from differing area codes.

I get a phone call saying they have a number for me to call with a reference #, which they provided. So I call the 844 number and give them the reference #. I ask who am I calling and she very rudely says PSG a Pre litigation company. And then says hold on and she will give me the information I need. but first she needs the last 4 of my social. So I ask what is the suit regarding and she wont tell me if I dont give her the last 4 of my social.

She then states that they will proceed with the court documents and blah blah blah...... whatever.

Three weeks ago i received a voice message, phone did not ring just had a voicemail from a Laurie Brown something about complaint notice and left a call back number. I called and the lady that answered the phone said they work for paralegals and deliver documents. She verified my name and try to get me to verify my social security number, I said no I do not give that out and for document delivery that is not needed I hung up on her. I googled the name and number and many other have also received the same scam. I blocked their numbers. I believe this was an attempt at identity theft since they wanted my ssn.
