I ordered flower delivery for same day and the flowers were never delivered. They do not answer their phone / chat / email. After further investigation, this seems to have happened a ton and this company needs to be shut down. Help!

I purchased a basket of flowers for a funeral via website called Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers were not delivered. When I contacted customer service they insisted the flowers were delivered and sent a picture of a flower basket on the floor with an illegible card and no identifying features of place of delivery. They refused to refund my money. Purchase price was a little over one hundred thirty dollars.

Ordered flowers from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com to be delivered to a dear friend recovering in the hospital. Status of delivery showed out for delivery almost immediately after placing order. A few hours later received an email notice that some flowers may have been substituted. Order status then showed delivered but delivery was not received. This is a SCAM and I am disputing the $116.76 charge with my credit card company.

I ordered flowers from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com. The arrangement I ordered was not delivered, and a much lower-quality one was. I have made multiple attempts to request a refund or mediation for the problem, and it is impossible to contact the company. I have sent chats, emails to [email protected], texts, and calls to (877) 414-7903. I have attached a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered.

Ordered flowers online from Blossomflowerdelivery.com. Received an email and text stating they have to substitute what I ordered. I asked to see photo. They never replied. Tried to call. Fake AI bot. Cannot reach a person. Texted back and realized cell # was a ScamPulse.com scam number. Won’t reply to emails. I lost $104.98.

I ordered flower for my girlfriends birthday from Blossom Flower Delivery (blossomflowerdelivery.com) to be delivered the next day. I paid $93.73. Never delivered. Called support at (877) 414-7903 and sat there on hold for 30 min for an AI to tell me someone will eventually contact me. Never did. I also tried using their online customer support and also never got any answer.

I ordered a flower bouquet of tulips from Blossom Flower Delivery (www.blossomflowerdelivery.com) for my aging mother’s birthday. Placed the order 5 days before the date. Even paid extra for early morning delivery, costing me a total of $82.37. Received an email confirmation and money was withdrawn from my account. Still a day later and the flowers still haven’t been delivered. Tried to track it on the website and no order found. Reached out to the company at [email protected] and they said they were assembling the order now. That was a day ago. Further communication is not being responded to.

This is a flower delivery service from BlossomFlowerDelivery.com. I ordered, picked a delivery date and time. Was advised it would be delivered by 5pm. No update was made until 5:01 pm they decided they were not going to deliver untill the follow week. The phone number (877) 414-7903 does not work, and only ai bot responses from the email [email protected].
