Sent a scam letter to attempt to scare me into purchasing a home warranty. Read the other complaints, everyone is making the same criticism. They are shady solicitors, who use the same tactics as other scammers - induce fear & the belief that you either respond immediately or will be punished.

877-8919767 frightens you that you haven't contacted so called "Conventional Home Lender" for property's home warranty. They want you to call them immediately or your warranty will be expired. This is totally a fictitious home warranty!
