Item was ordered from ShopToSavePaws.com dec 27th and after a month was not received. They said it was in transit. Then the tracking number said it was delivered on Feb 3rd but it was not. Then the tracking number after a few days changed and said it was delivered on Jan 21 st. It was not delivered and they are not providing proof like a picture of where it was delivered. PayPal will not refund me my money because the tracking info says it was delivered.

Company stated that they were based in Kerri Texas. My order still has not come and the tracking shows that if it comes, it’s coming from Italy.
