I ordered the rolling rack from DreamyLives.. I reported to pay pal I have received the product. DreamyLives asked me to wait due to Covid. And to please remove my dispute so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I still have not received the merchandise. I notified pay pal with a dispute, , but they closed the dispute anyway. I seriously feel PayPal failed me here as well.

I ordered the rolling rack the charge my PayPal account. I reported to pay pal I have received DreamyLives asked me to wait due to Covid. And to please remove my dispute stupidly I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Still have not received the merchandise. after a couple more weeks I notified pay pal again before the closed the dispute but they closed the dispute anyway. Seriously feel PayPal failed me here as well.

I purchase 4 Newest Sphere Ice Cube Makers from Dreamy Lives Co. LTD. this Lady CATHY is so sorry and unprofessional and she lies to all about the items you purchase. These make the round Ice Balls. I made the purchase May 3rd and I have filed a case for refund with PayPal due to they have not mailed my items. I have tried to contact the company for my items but the address and e-mail they provided is not a working contact. Once I opened a case with PayPal I got a reply through PayPal that they have mailed my item BUT THEY DID NOT. They provided a Bogus tracking number for DHL, I contacted DHL and they stated there was no such tracking number. I contacted PayPal a second time for assistance and they provided another tracking number that's real but not addressed to my address. this company needs to be shut down and hit with fines and returns all funds for items not received.

I ordered 2 rolling racks in March and the extra large arrived in May but was not the right size per their description. Still waiting on the large which they say was delivered May 30th but it wasn’t. They are responsive but told me to check with my post office!

I ordered a rolling large sink rack on April 1, 2020 and paid through PayPal. I can't believe that Facebook is thinking these items are legit, . I got no response and it is June 15th. In reading the complaints before mine, this company is nothing but a scam. I filed a complaint through PayPal, but it appears not much they can do. Sure learned a lesson this time, but never again falling for anything on Facebook.

Why do they allow these companies continue to advertise and rip Americans off ! I can’t fathom how much money we have lost to them I will be way more careful what I order., but something needs to be done ! I ordered a phone holder months ago, and no way to contact this company.

Ordered a sink rack from a Facebook ad on 4/2/20 and a second one on 4/6/20. Received notices of shipment on 4/30 but no items received as of 6/12/20. Links in the confirmation emails do not go to actual web pages. Everything I've ordered from Facebook ads has either not arrived or been junk.
