I ordered charging cables for my iPhone on August 28. Charges appeared promptly on my credit card, but the cables never arrived. there address is at a location where (I just discovered) there are a large number of other companies. Don't be scammed by these people.

Initial means of contact: I was in an app (PCH App) late on July 13th, 2020 & saw their ad for charging cables. I'd been looking for these cables, so I selected a cable to purchase, which led to another page to inform me of the delivery charge and then to another page of a related item to buy and next to a third page to do likewise. Total cost $35.87. Attached is a screenshot of the items just mentioned.

I ordered 3 cables July 7th. paid about £18. Nothing arrived so I emailed them. I have written many times to them in return apologetic emails, promises to refund my money, to resend cables. They blame the shipping company. They even told me they HAD refunded me and blamed my bank!
Last time, I was quite firm and asked clearly for my money back. Keep the cables, the time has passed.
Nearly 6 months on. Nothing. My next step would be to see if my bank could retrieve the money but I’ve sort of given up hope which I suppose is what they expect us poor saps to do.

I’m going to see if I can find an address for a Miami police dept near to them and I’m going to file a complaint with the Miami police. Sure that if enough of us Bombard the police over there, they will get pretty pi...d off with F K Commerce!

Well it's good to know that I'm not alone. I ordered 3 charging cables at beginning of August '20 and guess what? No cables delivered. Have e-mailed 4 times and have had the same excuses as others I.e problems with production (in China) then distribution and lastly Covid 19. WARNING DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS !

I ordered 3 iphone charging leads and eventually got 3 leads but not for iphone, been trying to contact RocketCommerce to no avail..
Problem is, when being advertise the name RocketCommerce doesn't show up until payment.

Like everyone else not recd the lead I ordered in July, they answered all my queries until I asked for my money back, now they have not returned my email.! I have noticed that the advert that was so prolific has now disappeared too!

I discovered one of the advertisers you see when playing games is a fraud and stole my money. They advertised these great phone charges that have cords that don't wear out from bending and the ends rotate. The company name is Super Charge. Their email is [email protected]. I bought two chargers from them over 2 months ago. I still have nothing to show for that money! I started emailing them to ask where my cords where and got a pack of lies in response. They even sent me a fake link with a tracking number for a delivery company that does exist!!! After I threatened to do this report they offered to give me back 25% but also gave me some crazy about them losing money by even doing that.

Tosha hi, I agree, looking at just Trust Pilot and this web site there would appear to be hundreds of us who been scammed. I have no idea of the cost of bringing a class action and the worry is they would file for a chapter 11. The other problem is they seem to use so many different names you couldn’t be sure if you were suing the right people! I have an address of, Miami, Florida 33130, US, from LinkedIn but I don’t know if this is them!

I paid for 2 super chargers in July...unfortunately we are on October...and nothing. I'll take care now. I phoned from France to Florida...15€ phoning fees..I received 3 mails that told me all is ok i ll get them soon..what is their sense of soon?

I ordered 4 charging cables on 8/1/20 my total was $41.88. Charged to my card. As of 10/9/20 I have not received the product nor has the tracking information been updated. When I asked for a refund on 9/23/20,
I get the following:

That's funny they did not have a problem when I ordered the product! Needless to say I filed a dispute with my card company.

I also ordered 3 chargers from Rocket Commerce, back in August, and still haven't received them. I emailed them numerous times, and every time they told me, "not to worry, they're on their way". I asked for a refund, which they denied me as well. $30 is a lot of money, when you only get $650 a month, from Social Security. I'm pissed!

I like everyone else placed an order on 07/07/20 and have never received anything I have sent numerous emails and they reply COVID-19 has delayed dispatch and the next excuse was dispatched and having trouble with the delivery service they gave a tracking number that didn’t exist I have today requested my money back STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I still have not received my order.
