I placed an order on 08/07/2920 for pillows £47.94 + postage £7.97 I still haven’t received the pillows and have no way of contacting these people. I have phoned my bank and they want proof of me making contact with the company however once I placed the order I never received a confirmation email so I am unable to do this.
If anyone has an Email address great.

Now three months. Wrote them. They say shipping problems due to covid. Meanwhile, no problem with any other company. Customer service says working to resolve. Doubt it. Waste of money and time.

Ordered charging cables last July (3 lignthings and 2 USB-C). I got an order and a tracking #, but after 3 months, I still can't track my order. Contacted the company a few times via emails, they only told me they are sorry and I should see my order in the next days. They blame it on the Covid situation...

I ordered three chargers on August 30, 2020 paid $47.87 & have not received them yet & haven't been able to contact anyone, does anyone know a good phone number on this company, it show as FK Commerce on my debit transaction, from reading the reviews they have scammed hundreds, there should be a way to catch these crooks!

I also ordered 3 phone cords on July 29, 2020 and still have not received them even though the processed my payment of $35.93 on that date. I emailed their support dept. and was told it could take 10 to 25 days to be shipped. It’s been well over that and still nothing. When I went to the link they supplied to track my shipment it said that waybill was not found! Total SCAM!

Back on August 5th I ordered 3 phone cords from them and paid $35 and here it is October 2nd and still never received them. When I emailed the company I got a response that it was in the mail carriers hands and when I asked for a refund they never answered back. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. Its a scam just to steal your money.

Anyone interested in a class action law suit? I'm so done with these guys.

I ordered some lids in July for use on various sized containers. I have never received them but they have taken the money which was around £25/30. I am very disappointed.

Placed an order from them for Flexible lids on July 9., 2020. Never received the product requested a refund Sept 19, 2020. It’s Oct 2, 2020 and I don’t have product or refund. This company is a fraud . They said product was delayed because of COVID 19 and that their refund processing was not working?

My experience is the same as others, with the added bonus that Yagood coincidentally charged my credit card $50 on the same day I placed the Rocket Com order. I just noticed this recently (my bad) while belatedly reconciling my statement with receipts. I'm calling my bank today to have my card cancelled. I know better than to pay before vetting my statement, but I hit the stupid button this time. Question: Are Yagood and Rocket Commerce related? ?

Placed order on 8/20/20 for orthopedic pillows they keep telling me it is delayed because of corona virus, I am now going to cancel before I get charged. Do not purchase from them

Absolute joke! Ordered the chargers 2 x plus one free! £18! This was 9th July and today 30th September still nothing! I have emailed 5 times and they reply very quickly but fob me off every time, they guarantee I will get my goods! How ? With no valid tracking number!
Hideous - do not buy from them! Scammers!

I also made the mistake of placing an order for the sponges and lids in July. Started calling in August and was finally refunded the shipping. Kept calling and kept being told it was coming blah blah blah. Two weeks ago they said to call back in two weeks. Called MOnday and they said it was out for delivery and if I did not get it Tuesday (9/29) call for a full refund. After calling today 9/30 they said they are issuing a full refund. Keep calling and demnading. That is what I did. I have also disputed it with the bank in case I do not get my refund.

I ordered 3 sets of plastic cover lids on August 10. 2020 and have never received my shipment. Every time I email them, I get the same song and dance that due to the pandemic It is taking longer to ship items. Even though my bill was for $ 17.94, it was promptly taken from my account and I am having to pay it. This has pout a very bad taste in my mouth and will make me question anything else I might see online to order. I am contacting the authorities on my account to see what steps need to be taken against this so called company and getting my money refunded.

No product no refund for over 3 months and now no reply’s, this isn’t fair, money came out same day

I ordered Miracle Wrap from Rocket Commerce in July and have not received it. It's now Sept. 28th. Thankfully, American Express is looking into it and will most likely credit my account. Do Not Order from this scammer!

I also ordered a phone charger on the 11th Aug.2020. My account was charged the same day. I have still never received it.

I ordered the Super Charge Lightning Cables back in September 2020 and have been given one excuse after another why I have not received my cables. This is nothing but a typical Chinese rip-off company that is stealing money from anyone who doesn't research them before placing an order to check their credibility and integrity.
I will never buy on line again from any Chinese business - they are all dishonest just like their political leaders.

I ordered 5 Clip Cord Lightning with delivery charges for a total of $43.87 on July 2, 2020. It is now September 27, 2020 and I have yet to receive them. No answer when I call and no response from my email. My credit card was charged the same day but I still have not received them. I just want my money back.

I ordered a miracle sponge in July and a month later hadn't received it. I wrote to complain, they said I should have it in 10 - 25 business days. I waited until 25 days, emailed them again, they sent me a B.S. link showing shipping route - from China. It had no day listed for arrival. Wrote to complain again. They kept blaming the shipping company and even said "I hate it when they do this to us!" Then sent me another shipping link with ZERO information. It has been two months now and no product.
