At the time of writing this it is not a complaint but I am concerned that my order is taking too long.

I ordered miracle lids on 5 May. I had not received any acknowledgement or confirmation. I looked on one of these websites to discover how many complaints there were and, fortunately, someone had left an email address for the company. I sent an email but in the meantime I discovered both confirmation and an invoice in my junk folder. Since, I have had several contacts with the company and I understand that the goods are on there way and there is a link to trace the progress.
So far there is no news on that progress so it is now 6 weeks since the order.

I purchased silicone sponges on 6/2/20 through a Facebook ad. Got an email confirmation but never got a tracking notice. My credit card was charged however I haven’t received my order.

I never received the confirmation email, who was it sent from so I can search my inboxes? I believe I/We got scammed. Upon searching for a customer service contact method, there were none. There wasn't anywhere for me to enter my shipping address apart from my billing address. I wanted to notify the company so it was sent to the proper address, and this is when I noticed there isn't any way to contact the company that's listed on the sponge website. I am going to attempt to email the address listed above by other poster.

Ordered some lids from Rocket commerce. They advertised on Facebook Buy 2 sets get 1 set free for $23.94. They sent me a confirmation and said the order would ship in 3 days. Said they would send a tracking # and have not heard from them since May 13th. My credit card has been charged and I am disputing the charge right now.

I ordered the silicon lids on May 15, 2020. I have yet to receive them. I emailed them and asked for either the product or my refund. I have not gotten a response from them. The only thing I received from them is the confirmation email and nothing else. I need my 29.93 back from them. Anyone has any ideas of how to get money back.

I ordered some sponges was charged three separate charges and haven’t received them. It’s been 2 months. They won’t answer my calls or face book posts. I see they are considered a scam. How do I get my money back.

I ordered the silicone lids May 9 received order no E2B8C98932, never received lids and my credit card was hacked. I intend to go to Better Business B.

I ordered the no touch key thing on May 7, 2020, they took my money but as of 6-13-2020 I have not received them. I have tried twice to e-mail them and have not heard back from them.

I ordered magic lids on May 11, 2020 and they took my money right away but I have not received any other communication or product from them.

Ordered the sponge on May 14 and payed 7.99 to ship only got confirmation no tracking number or product this company is a scam do not buy from them tried contacting them no answer

I placed an order on May 19, 2020 for the silicone sponges(3) for a total of $23.97 and I have not received them as of today June 13, 2020. If this is a scam, do not order any products from this company, Rocket Commerce. They advertise as great products and seem like a legal company. But nothing comes to your home. Betty L.

I placed an order on May 7. 2020 for there no touch key ring and have not received it today as June 13, 2020. I have email and no response but they took my money. I will be calling my bank to get my money back. Do not order from them. They are scammers. The Better Business people need to get involve.

I ordered 6 No-Touch Multis on May 7, 2020, I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged. But, as of 6/13/2020 I still have not received my merchandise! I have notified my credit card company and they are investigating!

I order No Touch Multi on May 19, already paid by Visa, never heard from them since. I’m asking to myself if it is because of the lockdown. I still hope.

I ordered magic lids back in April 17, 2020 never received email from them ,never got my lids, I'm going to dispute it with my bank and hope they will refund it. They are scammers😡

I ordered the no touch key on 5/13/20 & I am unable to get in touch with anyone. Can't submit anything. So DISAPPOINTED! 😣

I started to order 3 packages of the amazing looking stretch lids but near the end of the my order I started to get a funny feeling about the way it was processing things. I immediately cancelled yet somehow they managed to IMMEDIATELY charge my credit card. Haven't seen the product, can't get through to the company, and even if I did, there's no tracking number or anything for me to reference. Just a charge on my card. BEWARE!

I ordered from rocket commerce on April 24/20 and received confirmation email. I was never sent any further information as to delivery etc. Then I received email from the supposed carrier telling me that the carrier tried to deliver package at 12: 00 that day and no one was home. We were home all day and have 2 dogs that certainly would let us know that someone was at the door. They said they required another $2.00 to deliver next day. When I filled out the credit card number it asked for my password which I filled in with an incorrect number just to see if it would hide- it did not so I suspected a scam. I called my credit card company and blocked the company from further interaction. Never received anything I ordered.

I ordered the no-touch keys and was just about to place the order when I saw some very negative reviews. I never completed the transaction, and they still charged me for them. I disputed it with my bank and got a refund. This was back at the first of May 2020. Today (6/11/2020), I received an email from someone at Rocket Commerce, named Sasa. They wanted to know why I disputed my "purchase" and that my order had shipped. They even gave me a tracking number and a site to track it on, but my gut says it's a virus, so I won't go on there. In the off-chance I get something from them, I'm just going to write "Return To Sender" on the envelope and send it back.

I ordered stretch Lids on May 23 on my credit card and was charged $9.99 and $29.94 and have not received the lids yet. I will contact my Credit Card company. Such a disappointment. Order #F29F59D42
