did a google search on my smartphone for florist in Circleville Ohio. This listing came up as #1 CIRCLEVILLE FLORIST - FREE DELIVERY TODAY. additional listing stated "Same day free flower delivery from your favorite Flower Shop of Circleville. Your Circleville Florist that works tirelessly to impress your loved one...." They aren't even located in Circleville! I called them to order a floral arrangement for a funeral. The person stated that an email receipt would be sent, I have not received one. The first scam was stating they were located in Circleville Ohio, they are not. Second that they would send a receipt, they did not. I called to cancel my order and a person stated they would have their supervisor do it in the morning, (he was only a message service and the shop was closed). So I wait. . . .

Ordered flowers on line for a funeral, money taken out of my account, email receipt never emailed to me, called the recipient of flowers to see if they received, they did not, tried calling number to see if they were delivered to someone else by mistake someone answered, than would hand up phone.

Around 2/28/23, I collaborated with family to order a sympathy arrangement for close friends. I received an on-screen notification the order was submitted, and that an email confirmation would follow. I never got the email confirmation and the arrangement never showed up. I also never got a call or email indicating there was a problem, even though this info was provided. The website emphasizes providing the best customer experience. So, I called the 800# on 3/6/23, to further investigate and request a refund. The first male agent blindly transferred me to a second female agent who asked for the confirmation #. Upon telling her I did not have one, she asked for my name and was able to advise they could not find a local florist to fulfill and I would get a refund. I asked for some confirmation info on the refund and a reason for not contacting me and after a long pause, she said I think they sent an email. I said I did not receive, then in a low whisper, said they sent you an email and hung up. This felt like a scam from the moment I did not receive the confirmation, but I gave the benefit of the doubt b/c it was a florist claiming 15 yrs of experience and we were dealing with funeral services.

Order flowers for my daughters birthday to be delivered on Saturday, 3/5/2023. Charges cleared my bank account but no flowers were delivered. When I attempted to contact the florist, I get hung up on and the live chat disconnects. I am requesting a full refund.

I ordered flowers to be delivered from Roger Florist. Roger Florist withdrew $49.68 from my account on 1/3/23. They then sent text back and forth reporting that they couldn't deliver them. They reported that they refunded me the full amount, but as of today (2/22/23), I still haven't received it. I have contacted them more than 4 times and each time they say that their records show it was refunded. I believe that Roger Florist in Florida is a scam and I'm out $49.68.

Placed order on the website on 2/24/23. Did not receive a confirmation or e-mail only a picture that said thank you for your order with a customer service email address. I emailed with no response. After 45 minutes I called the number listed on the website. I was hung up on three different times before a man spoke to me. He gave me an order number and told me my order was cancelled because the funeral home was outside their delivery area. I asked when I would receive a refund and he said Monday 2/27 or Tuesday 2/28. As of today 3/1, I have not received a refund, so I called back. The first time, the number said it had been disconnected. The second time, the call rang and rang and disconnected. The third time, I a lady answered and said she was transferring me and I was disconnected. The fourth time I called I talked to a man who asked when I placed the order, my order number, the last 4 digits of my card number and said (again) that I will receive a refund in two days. I also tried calling the number that is listed on my credit card statement along with the charge and it states that the number has been disconnected (and came through my spam filter as "suspected spam". This website should really be shut down before more people lose money - it is OBVIOUS that this is a giant scam at this point after reading through all of the comments of similar stories.

Ad for flower delivery was on the first page of Google search. Ordered flowers on February 14th for delivery. They charged my card, never received email confirmation, no flowers delivered. Phone number that was posted on the website for inquiries was disconnected.

I called Roger florist to have flowers delivered. They took all the appropriate information, charged my credit card $98.95 and never sent the flowers. I called them numerous times at which time I was either hung up on, transferred and then hung up on, put through to an answering service or told they canceled my order and called the credit card company to cancel -they DID NOT cancel my order with the credit card. Now I see this has happened to many other customers and it is a scam.

I paid for a floral delivery for Hastings, MN. It allowed this after I entered the zip code. It said deliverable. Then the flowers didn't come so I investigated and they are based in Melville, NY. They keep telling me via email they have issued a refund but I have not received any money back.

Ordered a plant online for my pastor in the hospital at Roger Florist on 2/24/2023. It stated I would receive a conformation by email and order would be same day delivery. 02/27/2023 I called was hung up on. Second time I called put on hold for a period of time for a lady to tell me I needed to make an online claim with a confirmation I never received!

Called this business to order flowers. After four days, the flowers were not delivered and my credit card was charged $62.13. I attempted to call the business, but they continually put me on hold, hung up, or refused to answer any questions. They claim to be a flower delivery company and probably do not really have a store front. There are apparently many other BB complaints about this scam business. They should be investigated and their website removed from the internet.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my mothers 80th birthday on 12/27th and after I placed the order, I called and the person I spoke to assured me that they would be delivered but about 3 hours later, I received an email that my order was cancelled. I had to then scrambled to find a florist that would deliver on such short notice. I then called back Roger florist to find out what happened to then be told it’s the vendor and that my refund will be issued within 3 business days. I have been calling ever since and either I get a response saying that it’s been processing or I am put on hold until the phone gets disconnected. I have been since then emailing to get my money back and earlier in January I was told that the refund would be in my account 2 to 3 business days but the refund never showed up. I have constantly email the business, even while submitting this and no response
