On 10/28/22 I placed an online order for flowers needed for a funeral. I received an email confirmation the same day with $162.08 being charged to my credit card. That same day, I received another email stating: "This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable. We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank. If you have any other questions, please reply to this email. Thank you for understanding and I am always here for you! Jackie Tyler." Of course, I did not get the refund to my credit card so I have repeatedly emailed [email protected] inquiring when I will get the refund. As of 12/12/22 still no refund and no response from Roger Florist. The phone number 877-613-2711 on their website nobody answers. I've filed a claim with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROGER FLORIST!!

They took a flower order online and emailed the next day that it was "undeliverable" and a refund had been issued. refund would take 5-7 day. 19 days later and several emails between customer service and now they will not respond.

rogerflorist.com comes up as the number one florist website offering online purchases and same day delivery...very easy to choose product and then enter delivery info with standard checkout procedure....i placed an order and followed the checkout procedures.....after not receiving the confirmation email, i attempted to call the number for a status update (after about an hour of time passing). a man answered and asked how he could help me, i asked about an update on the delivery order placed earlier today and the man asked me to stay on the line for a moment. as soon as he put me on hold, i received a recording telling me that "there are no agents available to take my call, good bye" then disconnected the line...

On 10/3/22 I Googled for flowers to be sent and Roger Florist seemed like a good option - it looked like it was established and had a franchise. I made two separate orders, and immediately after each received an email from [email protected] stating they couldn't deliver to the address given. However, by that time they had made the two charges. The email stated that I would get a refund in 10-20 days. I called Roger Florist, and the person who answered said I had to talk to customer service, and transferred by call to what sounded like a foreign numbers (static). The person had an accept, so I assumed that cs was done in a foreign country, as is the case quite often. I waited three weeks, and tried again. I sent an email and received one back saying they were out of the office, try again another day. Now I see that when I tried to enter this email in this form, the email is invalid. That was in October. In November,I had two four charges made from companies I didn't know - I hadn't made the charges. I wondered if perhaps my cc info was sent out/sold to other scammers - the coincidence seemed too likely. I don't have proof, but I hadn't had any unauthorized charges (fraud) on my account in very many years - and all of a sudden, two consecutive months, the first whom I contacted, the second attempts by companies with whom I hadn't made any contact with. It was cause for legitimate conjecture, especially when it was obvious that "Roger Florist" wasn't going to respond.

Was looking for a floral delivery service for funeral on Oct. 26. In florida.. I live in Rhode island but wanted flowers sent to the cemetery of loved one. Came up first in my search. Their website made them look local. Said local delivery. Picked flowers out. Paid w debit card. They instantly took my money then sent me an email saying they regretted that they didn't deliver to my area but would refund my money in 3-5 days. Why? You managed to take it out instantly, put it back. Anyways. Its been back and forth emails promising the refund and now they are not answering. Emails or phone calls. It's been 21 days

I ordered flowers by phone from a number on their website. Paid by credit card. I received an email later that day saying my order was cancelled and my payment would be refunded. Refund has never been received. I responded to their "cancellation" email and asked again for the refund. Still not received.

I placed an order for a floral delivery by Roger Florist for $90.93 on 10/06/22. I was called later in the day and told they could not make the delivery and I’d be getting a refund is in 2-3 days. I have yet to receive my refund. I have called them at 855-451-2339 and they stated because I closed my debit card they could not refund my money. I have talked to my bank and was told if they refunded it to my old debit card I would still get the $$ into my account. I had no choice but to close the card when I realized they were a scam business. They asked for my new card information last week and I refuse to give it to them. They laughed and said then they would not be refunding my money. I have sent numerous emails to them and have called several times to no avail. I have reported them to FTC and filed a dispute for the charge with my bank. This business needs to be shut down! I have read complaints with complaint board (where I’ve also filed a complaint) and this has happened many many times with this business.

Took money then they canceled my order and didn’t refund

After accepting my order and charging my account, Roger Florist sent an email saying that they did not deliver in my area and advised that a refund would be issued, which was never issued. It’s a fake website set up to commit theft and fraud. Also, the location listed appears to be a bank (not a florist). Looks like the LLC is registered in NJ for anyone looking to further pursue a complaint.

Ordered flowers from this website because they claimed same day delivery. I was anxious to get flowers to a sick friend, in a different city, in a hurry.

Now now looking back and realizing>>>>Any city and state you search for a flower shop, THIS bogus company comes up as if they are nationwide.

I was charged $68.46 the very next day received an email stating the flowers were undeliverable. And that I should be receiving a refund within 10 days. Been checking my account and nothing!

So I look up the company, sure enough I'm not the only person with the complaint of being robbed by these fools. When speaking to these same two Roger Florist employees, its obvious they r not from the United States. They continually kept patching my phone call back and forth between the two of them!

It's been almost a year that they have been in business. Why are they still allowed to have their website up to continually rob people everyday????

Why hasn't someone of law enforcement put a location with their phone number and made an arrest????? Isn't there some type of instant alert to get scammers off the internet immediately???

Internet police of some sort???

Exactly why I've never been an internet shopper!

So unfair nothing will be done about the situation and they will continue to take people's hard-earned money from them everyday.!!!

I ordered flowers to be delivered about four weeks ago and gave them my card information to pay for them. They called later in the day to say they couldn’t be delivered but would refund my money. To date I have received no refund! I have called numerous times and sent numerous emails to no avail. I get told someone will call me or return an email to me and they also tell me it will be refunded within two days. I feel this is a scam business. Their website is still on Google and no one is stopping this business from taking peoples money. I have tried severs times to resolve this with them but they will not refund my money.

I ordered flowers from this company on September 1st and called back to see when they would deliver and was told they do not deliver to my state of PA!

I proceeded to cancel the order and was told my money would be credited to my account in 10 days. As of October 12th I have not received any refund. I looked further into this after having a dispute on my credit card and was told this company were scamming me and lots of others. Hopefully they get caught!
