When I was walking to get the mail, they called back and said my mother's hospital was out of their delivery range. They canceled the order and credited my card.
When I got my statement, the charge was on it. It stated NJ and a phone number. I called and it is for a law firm.
I contacted Roger Florist and was told my card was credited two weeks ago. It wasn't. I called back and they credited my card again. It wasn't.
I called back and was told to email their customer service. I was told I would get a reply that day. I did and no reply.
I Googled Roger Florist complaints and A LOT of others have had the same scam done to them. This is not right, not fair. Please help me get my money back.

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.
You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.
Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.
We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY FUNDS, NOTHING WAS ISSUED, REFUNDED, OR RETURNED. The website is full of statements from "so called customers" all thanking Denise for refunds of cancelled orders. I am sure they are all made up.
Order placed on 1/21/2023 for 1/23/2023. My relative never received the flowers.
I called this phone number 1.866.435.0814 to report this. I was told all complaints must go through their customer service at [email protected]
