i looked for a florist that could deliver to a certain area and flower by nora came up.

i placed the order and after placing the order i never received a confirmation email which led me to research into more. i foudn multiple scam.

I ordered flowers online from SARATA FLOWERS and paid with my credit card. The order was received according to an email I received from them. However, minutes later, I received another email saying they had cancelled my order because the delivery area I had specified couldn't be accessed from their area. This cancellation email

said my money would be refunded. After a week or two, I noticed that there had not been any credit refunded to my Credit Card account. So I replied to their "cancellation" email and asked them to refund my money. I received another email apologizing for the delay and they would take care of it. This email was allegedly sent by their Customer Service Manager. I still haven't received any refund from them as of 3/30/2024. I will call my credit card company fraud number and cancel my card, for a new re-issue.

We lost a close family member and wanted to send flowers to mom. We looked up area florists and found this Florist close and price wise was comparable. We talked to them on the phone to make sure the delivery time would be when they were home. We paid for the product. It was never delivered. We looked up that address of the florist company and then realized it does not exist. We froze our credit cards. :( On top of death, now this?

I ordered flowers to be delivered and paid for them. The order was cancelled within an hour, and I was told I would be fully reimbursed. That did not happen. I called 2 times to follow up at which the person told it would take a couple more days. The money was never reimbursed.

I’ve tried reaching out to them several times they keep giving me the runaround and they also sent me a letter after two hours of making the purchase and they cannot place my order and they will refund my money within 2 to 7 business days and that was on February 6, 2024 and here it is February 29, 2024 and I haven’t heard anything back from them and also filed a complaint with my bank account with my bank and I haven’t heard anything back from them yet. I just want to get this business settled and the customer service were they kept hanging up on me and give me something. Let me speak to the manager and transfer me it it was awful. Attempted to purchase a floral arrangement for the birth of a child. After entering debit card information and being charged was emailed by them saying they could not complete the order and the transaction had been refunded to the account. The account was charged and nothing was refunded. The site claims to be affiliated with local florist and they act as a company to get in touch with them so that they can be delivered locally.

On 2/21/2024 I order a floral arrangement on line for my family member who just had surgery. I received an email on confirming my order then a little while later I received an email stating that they were refunding my money as the order was unable to be processed. It is now 2/28/2024 and I have not received a refund in my bank account. I reached out to my bank and they said they will file a dispute after 15 days if the money is not refunded by then. I tried to email them but I just kept getting redirected to their site when I clicked on the email address. When I tried call them all I got was music on the line.

I ordered flowers on February 3 ,2024 called baby first block - pink for $61.73 order number 134136 .To be sent to my daughter in-law in the hospital in Lewisburg,PA 17837. My daughter in-law never received the flowers. I received an email stating that Sarata Flowers cancelled the order and stated I would receive a refund . I have called Sarata Flowers Company five times asking for my refund . The last time they hung up on me .

DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY FLOWER QUEENS - WVFG

Please read the information on the site below, however note that what I ordered was never delivered and when I went to the "store" to see what happened to the "order" the building was a luxury high rise building in Long Island City. The concierge at the front desk said that people come there all the time looking for the store. He informed me that such a store does not exist. I received a confirmation email for order with a confirmation order number. I had to close my debit card. But they have other information about me like address and phone number.

I placed an order for a flower arrangement to be sent to my grandma in Ridgecrest, Ca. Within 5 minutes of me placing the order via the website, I was sent a response email that my order was canceled, and my money would be refunded. It has been over a week, and I still have not received my money back. I called the toll-free number listed for their business and got bounced around from person to person with no one being able to tell me where my refund is.

found the website on google [email protected] had a indian accent said they was a nationwide flower distributor they work through local flower shops the first credit card i gave them was declined gave them another one went through . price was 74.96 then after it was charged to my card it went to 146.26 this was on 2\ 13/ 24 they were to be delivered on 2/14/24 at 11 am they did not come i called them back they said that i call an canceled the order which i did not . an they returned my money which they did not . the first card i used that was declined i called them they declined it because it was a high risk an they would not allow the card to be used there because of so many of there card holders getting scammed that;s why my card did not go through they had a high risk alert . saw a lot of complaints of the same on the scam website.

I purchased flowers for a friends birthday 1/27/24. They said it was in the delivery area and would be delivered. It was never delivered. Called 1/29 and they said the order was cancelled because the delivery address was out of range. I never received a notification of it. They said the money has been refunded but I’ve been calling for 2 weeks now with no refund. I then went and looked at their reviews and am seeing this has happened to A LOT of people. Please help.

I bought flowers on line to be delivered. Less then 30 minutes later received an email saying they were unable to complete my order and would refund my money. No money was refunded and when I call the state to contact my credit card company. I filed a claim with credit card and the claim was denied

On 12-1-23 I ordered flowers on the Sarata Flowers website. The 1st question was zipcode to which delivery should be made. Then my personal information including payment. I received Email almost immediately confirming purchase. A pending debit was put on my bank account for purchase. 1 hour later I received Email saying they couldn't find florist in area (Chicago) to deliver flowers and they would refund my money. 15 mins. later I received an Email with a copy of the original bill reflecting that they had made a full refund. On 12-5-23 Sarata Flowers deducted $51.27 from my bank acct. After Emailing Sarata again requesting refund, call to my bank, and checking my bank account daily online for refund, I again called Sarata Flowers. By then I had researched them on line and found numerous complaints of experiences like mine. This company allegedly just formed on 9-22-23, is not licated at given address, and is a scam. On 12-13-23 I spoke with customer service, informed them of my research and demanded money back immediately. As of today it is back in my bank account, but I am concerned that they have my personal information and that this scam was a way to obtain it.
