Scammer verbally over the phone (business) agreed to deliver fresh flowers to an exact destination. I received a email confirmation minutes later I received another cancellation email stating they could no longer fulfill the order & I would receive immediate cancellations credit. That did not happen my credit card was charged & Starluck flowers was paid in the full amount..

I HAD PURCHASED A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT FOR THE PASSING OF A CO WORKER ON STARLUCKS WEBSITE EVERYTHING WAS FINE BUT THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING I WOULD BE REFUNDED

THAT WAS ON JULY 1ST 2025 I CHECK MY BANK AND THEY CHARGED MY BACK FOR A SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED

THIS ISSUED HAS AFFECTED ME ALOT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ONLY $103.42 THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW WHAT ONE IS GOING THROUGH FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY . PLEASE IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A FLOWER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU COME ACROSS IT THEIR NAME IS STARLUCK AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WLL NOT DELIVER THE SERVICES SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEAD ACHES

ordered flowers. paid. within hours received a message that flowers could not be delivered. stated refund issued. now 2 weeks later, no refund / credit to the account. called number and spoke to 'customer service'. "usually takes 10 days for refund, but could be longer." call back in 2 days.

this is a scam.

Starluck flowers claimed to have florists for local deliveries. Paid withcredit card. Recd email the order was cancelled because the local florist was unable to deliver product and credit would be issued. E mailed 3 additional times trying to get refund with no response. Robertha Kiley was name given on e mail.

Ordered flowers next day called as never delivered told then they don’t go to area designated.

Said would credit acct. still has not been credited. When I call they say a few more days.

It was shortly before Mother's Day and I was looking for a florist to send flowers to my Mom & Sister. My Google search turned up Starluck Flowers. Their arrangements were beautiful and their prices were great, so I placed 2 orders. My credit card was charged immediately. Shortly thereafter, I received notices that both my orders were canceled and a refund would be processed. I contacted the company to follow up and inquire about the status of my refund and was told that the refund was processed and depending on my financial institution, it might take up to 10 days for the credit to appear. In summary, that refund l never came and my financial institution sees no pending credits. This is a frequent tactic with this company - there are numerous complaints online detailing the exact chain of events I experienced. The low price, charging my payment method immediately, then canceling the order quickly all seem like hallmarks of a scam.

Was looking for a local flower shop for a romantic gesture. First of all 100% not local by anymeans, and whether or not they even sell flowers is still a mystery. Just about right after placing my order I came across the reviews..... not good to say the least so I instantly go back to cancel my order, and to my suprise two weeks later. NO REFUND

I had ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I thought I was using a local company in Saint Augustine, Florida. However, they took my credit card information but no flowers were delivered. I tried to call the number that is given on the website and the person hang hung up on me.

Ordered flowers for mothers day. Account immediately charged. Notice came back an hour later order canceled.

Website said charge would be refunded with 5 to 9 days.

Nothing back and now put on ignore.

Stay far away from this scam. Stated local company but really no company at all.

Ordered flowers online to send to mom in Dunellon, FL (site said "Family Owned" "Local Florist in Dunellon, FL") same day delivery. Received an email confirmation. After a bit I called to check the status. They did not have record of my order (my name or order number). I googled the company and realized i had been scammed based on the reviews. I told the operator I was going to report them he said "do it". I called my cc company and reported he charge. I put in a complaint to the BBB. The next day there were 2 more unauthorized charges on my card (from Telefloracom picks rcv) I canceled my card and disputed those charges. TOTAL SCAM! They scammed me and used my card for other charges.

I ordered $70 worth of flowers in 4/10/25 to be delivered same day in North Augusta, SC for my mom’s bday. I received an email from Starluck the following day 4/11/25,

“I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies”.

I emailed them again on 4/30/25 asking for an update on my refund and I got,

“Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I’m sorry for the delay with your refund.

I’m working on it and will make sure your money is returned as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.”

From a Robertha Kiley..

As of today, 5/9/25, I still have not received any type of refund. This is 1000% a scam and completely unacceptable.

I was purchased flowers from this online site 4/6/25. I received notification that my flowers were unable to be delivered, a refund would be issued. I have called in on multiple occasions regarding my refund. Employee refused to give me info to report. All I received was a name Michael. I also asked to speak with a supervisor. Once again, he refused. I believe this family owned business is a scam.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday through Starluck Flowers. They charged my account immediately, then later sent an email saying the order was canceled and that a refund had been issued.

However, I never received the refund. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I receive the same generic response from a “Robertha Kiley, Customer Service Manager” stating that the refund is being processed — but nothing ever happens.

It has now been [insert number of days/weeks] and I’m still out the money with no resolution. I’m requesting a full refund for the order that was never fulfilled.

Starluck Flowers, LLC advertises as if they are a local business and make deliveries in the area requested. Additionally, they advertise same day delivery. They charge your credit card, but the flowers are not delivered. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift. I called the day after the delivery was to have been made and was told that the address was out of their delivery area, so they cancelled the order. I asked why my credit card had been charged if they knew they were going to cancel my order. They assured me that I would receive a full refund, but it would take 7 to 10 days. I did not get the refund.

Unfortunately, companies like this exist on the fact that many folks do not check their credit cards closely and assume the credit has been issued, or do not even realize the service was not performed or purchase delivered.

I ordered flowers in 4/11/25 to be delivered on 4/14/25. Order was never delivered. I did receive an email confirmation right away when order was placed. Then I received an email stating the money would be refunded and it still is not. I’ve replied to the email, and I get responses stating, “we are working on it.”

The flower order was place online via credit card and within 24 hours was told the order was canceled due to being out of the area. Multiple other users have complained about the same behavior. After contacting them to get a refund, there has been no refund despite emails saying there would be.

I called to order flowers due to a death in the family from Starluck Flowers to Edinboro PA, they took my money, called me back in 1 hour and said they could not deliver, that was 33 days ago, I sill have not gotten my money back and have been hung up on 3 times!!!

I purchased a set of balloons for my friend in Florida on January 18, 2025 to be delivered on January 19, 2025. I purchased them at 12:08pm and the order was confirmed. Less than a hour later, the order was cancelled and supposedly refunded. I have yet to see the refund. I have called several time and have emailed and each time they say you will get your refund. It has now been two months.

On 3/11/2025 I had placed an online order at 10:26am to have delivered to a family member for their birthday. At roughly 11am the same day, they sent an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not being available to deliver the flowers. Shortly after I was sent a confirmation email, that included a confirmation number as well, saying that they successfully refunded me, and gave me an estimate as to when it should appear back in my account. That it depended on my bank, and how long their processes takes in order for the money to go through. With having an order cancelled and refunded to my bank in the past, I knew that it only takes a couple of days. On 3/13/2025 I contacted Starluck Flowers and spoke to a woman who also confirmed that they had already refunded the funds, so their part was complete. The next day on 3/14/2025 I contacted my bank to confirm these allegations. They did confirm that these said allegations were not true, so that is when I proceeded to reach out via email, that is posted on their website at Starluck Flowers. They responded in a timely matter expressing their apologies and will resolve the issue immediately. It is now 3/18/2025, and they have still not refunded me. I have sent emails stating that I need proof of them refunding my money, and got the same response that I received from the in the 1st email. They are not a real company, and I am not sure how many people have to complain before someone takes action.
