I had ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. I thought I was using a local company in Saint Augustine, Florida. However, they took my credit card information but no flowers were delivered. I tried to call the number that is given on the website and the person hang hung up on me.

Ordered flowers for mothers day. Account immediately charged. Notice came back an hour later order canceled.

Website said charge would be refunded with 5 to 9 days.

Nothing back and now put on ignore.

Stay far away from this scam. Stated local company but really no company at all.

Ordered flowers online to send to mom in Dunellon, FL (site said "Family Owned" "Local Florist in Dunellon, FL") same day delivery. Received an email confirmation. After a bit I called to check the status. They did not have record of my order (my name or order number). I googled the company and realized i had been scammed based on the reviews. I told the operator I was going to report them he said "do it". I called my cc company and reported he charge. I put in a complaint to the BBB. The next day there were 2 more unauthorized charges on my card (from Telefloracom picks rcv) I canceled my card and disputed those charges. TOTAL SCAM! They scammed me and used my card for other charges.

I ordered $70 worth of flowers in 4/10/25 to be delivered same day in North Augusta, SC for my mom’s bday. I received an email from Starluck the following day 4/11/25,

“I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 5-10 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies”.

I emailed them again on 4/30/25 asking for an update on my refund and I got,

“Thank you for letting us know about the issue. I’m sorry for the delay with your refund.

I’m working on it and will make sure your money is returned as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience.”

As of today, 5/9/25, I still have not received any type of refund. This is 1000% a scam and completely unacceptable.

I was purchased flowers from this online site 4/6/25. I received notification that my flowers were unable to be delivered, a refund would be issued. I have called in on multiple occasions regarding my refund. Employee refused to give me info to report. All I received was a name Michael. I also asked to speak with a supervisor. Once again, he refused. I believe this family owned business is a scam.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday through Starluck Flowers. They charged my account immediately, then later sent an email saying the order was canceled and that a refund had been issued.

However, I never received the refund. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Each time, I receive the same generic response from a “Robertha Kiley, Customer Service Manager” stating that the refund is being processed — but nothing ever happens.

It has now been [insert number of days/weeks] and I’m still out the money with no resolution. I’m requesting a full refund for the order that was never fulfilled.

Starluck Flowers, LLC advertises as if they are a local business and make deliveries in the area requested. Additionally, they advertise same day delivery. They charge your credit card, but the flowers are not delivered. I ordered flowers for a birthday gift. I called the day after the delivery was to have been made and was told that the address was out of their delivery area, so they cancelled the order. I asked why my credit card had been charged if they knew they were going to cancel my order. They assured me that I would receive a full refund, but it would take 7 to 10 days. I did not get the refund.

Unfortunately, companies like this exist on the fact that many folks do not check their credit cards closely and assume the credit has been issued, or do not even realize the service was not performed or purchase delivered.

I ordered flowers in 4/11/25 to be delivered on 4/14/25. Order was never delivered. I did receive an email confirmation right away when order was placed. Then I received an email stating the money would be refunded and it still is not. I’ve replied to the email, and I get responses stating, “we are working on it.”

The flower order was place online via credit card and within 24 hours was told the order was canceled due to being out of the area. Multiple other users have complained about the same behavior. After contacting them to get a refund, there has been no refund despite emails saying there would be.

I called to order flowers due to a death in the family from Starluck Flowers to Edinboro PA, they took my money, called me back in 1 hour and said they could not deliver, that was 33 days ago, I sill have not gotten my money back and have been hung up on 3 times!!!

I purchased a set of balloons for my friend in Florida on January 18, 2025 to be delivered on January 19, 2025. I purchased them at 12:08pm and the order was confirmed. Less than a hour later, the order was cancelled and supposedly refunded. I have yet to see the refund. I have called several time and have emailed and each time they say you will get your refund. It has now been two months.

On 3/11/2025 I had placed an online order at 10:26am to have delivered to a family member for their birthday. At roughly 11am the same day, they sent an email stating that my order was cancelled due to not being available to deliver the flowers. Shortly after I was sent a confirmation email, that included a confirmation number as well, saying that they successfully refunded me, and gave me an estimate as to when it should appear back in my account. That it depended on my bank, and how long their processes takes in order for the money to go through. With having an order cancelled and refunded to my bank in the past, I knew that it only takes a couple of days. On 3/13/2025 I contacted Starluck Flowers and spoke to a woman who also confirmed that they had already refunded the funds, so their part was complete. The next day on 3/14/2025 I contacted my bank to confirm these allegations. They did confirm that these said allegations were not true, so that is when I proceeded to reach out via email, that is posted on their website at Starluck Flowers. They responded in a timely matter expressing their apologies and will resolve the issue immediately. It is now 3/18/2025, and they have still not refunded me. I have sent emails stating that I need proof of them refunding my money, and got the same response that I received from the in the 1st email. They are not a real company, and I am not sure how many people have to complain before someone takes action.

I ordered flowers for a special friend’s funeral in Cleves Ohio. They advertise that they service my area. I ordered flowers a couple of days before the funeral. I thought everything was good to go. They assured me the flowers will be there. I checked on my order the day before the delivery. They said everything is good and my flowers would be there. They were not there. I called after the funeral and they said the funeral home in Cleves, Ohio was too far. They advertise Cleves Ohio. I should have checked the reviews but I, as many other people are distraught because of the funeral, play on peoples vulnerability. I tried to get a refund and complained to them. They laughed at me and hung up on me. I am also planning on going to law enforcement in that area. I was frauded as was everybody else on their website. I’m trying to get them closed and possibly arrested. I also plan on going to the news. I need help getting this company in trouble for the fraud they have committed

Online website for local flower delivery. That's not what happens they take your money and immediately send you an email that states a refund will be issued but it's not. The correspondence is always the same.

ordered a plant on February 13th from star luck flowers at 1800-646-8308 for $93.64 the next morning I got an email back from them stating they could not deliver the plant and said they would refund my money. they did not, I called them about 10 days after the order and still no money. I called today March 10 and they said there was a problem and I would get money in 5 to 10 days. I went back into the internet and it now says it's a SCAM. I am 80 years old and do not have money to throw around what can be done bout this. ****** *******

I ordered flowers from Starluck on 2/6/28. I noticed later that I got an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. My money was not refunded, and they actually sent something saying it was. It is now one month later, and all I have is e-mails saying the money will be refunded.

I ordered flowers on February 16th, 2025, the flowers were never delivered. On February 17, I received an e-mail saying that my order (order #175048) had been cancelled and refunded but it would take 5-10 business days depending on my bank’s policies. Well it’s been 11 days and still no refund. Several attempts to contact them were unsuccessful.
