I placed an order for flower delivery online on 11-19-24 via CC for $80.17. Later that day I received an email from [email protected] that they were unable to fulfill my order so they cancelled it and would process a refund. Of course, I have not received a refund to date. I have called them several times at 800-646-8308 and emailed them inquiring about my refund. No luck yet.....but I will not stop.

Ordered flowers via the website because it said they delivered to the area for a friends funeral. Just presumed they contacted local florist to complete the transaction which I was ok with as the order was on a weekend and I thought it would get handled in a more timely manner. Received the following email:

I am writing to inform you that your order has been cancelled. Unfortunately, the florist in your area was unable to deliver your flowers. I am not sure why this is the case, but I will investigate and make sure that it does not happen again.

In the meantime, I have issued a full refund to your credit card. The money should be reflected on your credit card statement within 2 business days, or sooner, depending on your bank's policies.

I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Thank you for your understanding!

The requested delivery date was on a Monday so the email didn't make sense. Either way, the money has not been credited back to my account after five days. Emails to both [email protected] and [email protected] have not gotten any results.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. Next day got email saying the couldnt deliver due to no florist in area. Have gotten three emails after complaining that money would be refunded. Been three weeks and nothing

I bought flowers for this company and they were not delivered on 9/21/24 which was supposed to be the delivery date. I sent them an email and they said my order was cancelled because they didn't have those flowers, and that I would be refunded in a few days. It's now been 2 months and I've had 5 email exchanges with them, plus 2 phone calls. Each time, they say I will be refunded in 5-8 days.

I googled Sarata Flowers and realized this company is a scam. They do this to many people. https://malwaretips.com/blogs/sarata-florist/

I was able to get my money back by calling my credit card company. However, it is super concerning that this company still exists given that they have been reported to ScamPulse.com by many people over the course of multiple years. Can you please help get them shut down??

I called them and they kept saying within few business day we will refund you and it’s been 2 weeks. Every time I call they have very bad customer service. When I searched I saw bad reviews on Reddit. Everyone is complaining about not getting their refunds or their delivery.

On November 1st, I placed an order that required a 24 hour turnaround; flowers to be delivered at a funeral home for November 2nd. I searched and saw flowers that I liked at Sarata Flowers. I placed an order, and 10 minutes after placing the order, I received an email from Margaret Reyes saying they couldn't not accommodate my order, and my money will be refunded. To date, I never received a dime from this company. I have my credit card company looking to refund my credit card back. I sent emails and responses from Margaret saying she is looking into this personally and will refund me my money and 3 weeks later, still no refund.. Here is the very first email I received, and then I received about 5 more emails like this when I tried to get an answer.

We regret to inform you that your order has been canceled.

Once you place your order our team goes to work for you to send your order with one of our local florist partners. However, sometimes it is impssible to get your order out for various reasons.

What we are really good at here is to look for what you have ordered immediately and if we cannot find a partnerr florist that will be able to succesfully design and delivery your arrangement we cancel your order so as to give you enough time to search for something else or try to find a local florist on your own.

As such, we regret to inform you that your order has been canceled.

However, the good news is that you have plenty of time to look for a local florist and we wish you a happy delivery.

You are being fully refunded.

I tried to buy a flower delivery service for my daughters birthday and a the day after I bought them I got an email saying that the delivery had been cancelled and that I would revuele my refund to my account. I have checked multiple times and I never received the refund. I have also been in contact with the people from customer service yet I still have not received my refund.

On October 28, I received an email from sarataflowers.com telling me that my order was canceled and I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days, however since that time I have not seen my credit card credit or any refunds given, I’ve contacted them via email and on the phone and they keep telling me the refund was issued, but it never got back to my credit card. I reported it as fraud to my credit card, but I don’t know what else to do. The customer service manager, whose name appears on the email is Margaret REYS. I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, and I was told that no one was available. Also, all of the customer service agents have foreign accents like they’re from India or somewhere in the Middle East.

Starluck flowers came up as a locally owned florist, I created an order and input delivery address, there was no indication it was out of their delivery area. My payment went through. I got a cancellation email at the time they were to be delivered, saying the florist in my area couldn’t make the delivery. I looked more into their business and they aren’t local to my area. The email said my refund was started. Today is 10 business days (14 days total) since my transaction went through. I made 2 calls asking about my refund. They put me on hold and someone else comes on, they are very rude, and they tell me my refund has been started. Then they hang up. Both call were exactly the same.

Lied about location. Never received flowers. Said they would refund like 4 times and never did. Have to fight with bank to prove its fraud because they said i ordered them and threres no proof if i received them or not. Very shady.

Sarata poses as a legitimate florist company, however, after ordering anything, the customer receives an email stating the order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued. After this happened to me I looked up others' experience on Reddit and found that the company does this to everyone and does not refund you. They are running a fake florist operation and stealing thousands (maybe tens of thousands) in funds.

I ordered a sympathy plant and flowers for a funeral greater than 24 hours in advance. The flowers and plant never arrived and yet this merchant charged my credit card. I attempted to contact the merchant and discovered that the merchant blocked my calls. SCAM!!!

On November 2nd, I ordered a plant from Starluck Flowers (order number *****) to be delivered on Saturday, November 6th to a family member in Millburn, New Jersey. I spoke with the recipient on November 9th who said no delivery had been received. I called Starluck the same day but they may have been closed because they did not answer. I then called my credit card company (Discover) to file a "dispute" and sad I would try to contact Starluck on Monday, November 11th. On the 11th, I did make contact with a Starluck representative who told me the order had been cancelled because "it was out of their area". I requested a credit to my credit card for the $74.74 purchase price and was told that the process was already begun and that it may take several days to process. In the meantime, I have been reviewing my credit card account to check for the credit which has not shown up yet.

I placed an order with Starluck Flowers to deliver arrangement to a local funeral home. Spoke to a guy John, he seemed to be professional. I asked him if they deliver to Bohemia NY and he said yes we sure do. I placed the order. I was told that I would be sent a confirmation which never happened. Called back asked for confirmation to be sent by email, still never got it. Called back again and then I was told that they cancelled my order and couldn't deliver the flowers it's outside the area. I knew right there something seemed off and was scammed with no receipt. I demanded a credit on my credit card and got no where. I've been scammed and now out of $170.33. I now see online all the complaints and fraud that this company has been scamming innocent people.It's absolutley disgusting what they do to people and I want to make it known that STARTLUCK FLOWERS is a complete SCAM/FRAUD, Please don't buy from them.

I looked up florist in my area to send flowers to a funeral. When I made the purchase. I got a receipt and confirmation that informed me that I would be updated with tracking and shipping once available. I never received tracking or an order status. The flowers did not arrive on the day. The funeral home and the funeral home did not receive them, their website says the top right corner should have tracking for your order, but there is no area on the website that has tracking. They have not been responsive.

Called Starluck Flowers to order flowers for friends funeral. Everything at first went very professional, ordered fowers, asked if they delivered in that area, they said sure sure! Told I would be sent a confirmation which never happened. Called back ask for confirmation to be sent by email, never got it. Long story short, flowers never arrived, when I went to look up customer complaints on this business started to see a pattern of them talking money but no delivery, all stating they couldn't deliver because out of area. When I called to ask where my flowers were, they told me the same thing, can't deliver out of area! Never called, never emailed and when I asked if they could deliver it originally they said yes! Absolutely no problem! Now I camnot get a refund and will have to report as a fraud/scam! This business should not be allowed to continue this scam on people. Now I am fighting for my 94.29 back!
