Unfortunately you don’t realize you’re being scammed until after you finalize the order and no email confirmation or order information is sent. When you call the number listed it rings music starts playing and immediately states that there are no agents available. Also they claim you will receive immediate assistance via chat at the bottom of the page but there no section for you to do that.

I place an order with Roger Florist on March 23rd for delivery on March 25th. When my friend told me they did not receive the flowers I attempted to contact the company and found the website rogerSflorist. When I opened the website it said in big red letter that RogerFlorist is a scam and that is not affiliated with them.

Just a warning to DO NOT PURCHASE from Roger Florist!!!! I ordered on 3/7/23 and the product wasn't delivered but my company credit card was charged. They also promised an email would be sent to me to confirm purchase which I never received. The party I was sending the flowers to never received. On 3/9/23, I called to check on the status and they said to email [email protected] and immediately hung up. I called again on 3/13/23, was transferred to someone and they said to send an email and rudely hung up again. I did contact via email and received the attached response. I was to be credited in 1-2 days. As of 3/23/23, they have yet to credit my account. Fortunately, my company filed dispute charges and we received the credit on my company credit card today.

I made an online purchase in the amount of $75.95 with Roger Florist. At the end of the transaction, a screen popped up saying thanks and that I would receive a receipt via email. Neither a confirmation number or an order number was provided. In addition, I never received a receipt via email. When I called the number provided online, they advised to send an email as that is the only way to ask questions or get any information. (All I wanted was my receipt and delivery time.) I asked why they couldn’t look on their system to tell me when it would be delivered and again they advised me to send an email and hung up. I did send an email and still have not received anything. I called all day as the flowers were for a funeral and they would not answer the phone anymore.

I called and canceled my card as the idea of them having my credit card number scares me. Unfortunately, they still processed my card and the charges went through. (I disputed the charges with my bank, but it takes 90 days to get my money back.)

Per my conversation with the bank, I was advised to call the number for Roger Florist that I guess appeared with the charge. The phone rang once and hung up. I tried calling 2 more times just to make sure, but the same thing happened. I looked online at the reviews for them and everyone stated that this company is a scam.

I ordered flowers from this florist and never received an email and then when I tried to call the number it was a personal number that kept hanging up on me. I also asked for email confirmation which they were unable to provide. They also stated they were going to send me an email and never took my email address. I called back and then they told me to stop calling.

I put in an order of sympathy flowers to be sent to Michigan. Roger Florist website appears on Google search for florists in Michigan. I submitted my credit card information and was charged to my credit card $57 dollars and 76 cents. When I didn’t receive an email receipt I called the number 1-865-435-0814. A man answered the phone speaking in a thick accent and barely audible with broken English and stated, “They don’t deliver to Michigan.” I asked him why did Roger Florist website appear in Florists from Michigan Google search? The man hung up the phone. I called two more times and some would answer the phone then hang the phone up. I called a fourth time. A man with a thick accent and speaking in broken English answered the phone. I asked the man I would like to speak to the manager or owner. The man employee said, “The owner and manager is not here.” I asked for the address of the store and the male employee said it twice. I could not understand what the make was saying and I asked him to spell the name of the road and the male employee hung up on me. I was scammed Roger Florist charged my credit account $57 dollars and 76 cents for Sympathy Flowers they never delivered. Roger Florist sent an email stating they don’t deliver to Michigan yet they have not refunded my

Money to my credit card.

I placed an order for same day delivery for my sister's birthday, 3/16/2023. I gave them her name and address to receive and my name and address for the billing. Today, 3/17/2023, I sent 2, well now 3 emails & made 8 calls, which I kept getting hung up on every time when they transferred me to "customer service". I called my bank to stop the payment since it was still pending but they said they can't stop it or dispute it until the payment goes through.

I called this company after I realize that the flowers that they told me that they would deliver were not delivered. They weren’t delivered and they told me that they would issue me a refund. I waited a few days and no refund had posted to my account, so I called them. When I brought up the refund, they got extremely confrontational and kept hanging up on me. I kept calling, and they kept bouncing me back-and-forth between people keeping me on hold four times up to 40 minutes. I kept calling and they finally directed me to an email to contact about customer service. I contacted the email and hadn’t heard anything back. I kept calling and they kept telling me that I was wrong and that they actually had no record of my purchase even though before they had told me that they did. They took my money and didn’t refund me , they also treated me very poorly over the phone.

Posted an online website and I ordered from it. I never received my order nor am I able to contact them. On google, They still have their website posted with a different phone number at the top. You cannot get through to anyone. I want my money back and if not I am pressing charges because that is theft.

I wanted to order flowers online for my friend and looked up a same-day delivery florist in her town. Roger florist Website came up in Google search. I thought it looked legit, I clicked and placed my order, giving my address and debit card information. Also her address as the receiver. After I clicked pay, I noticed that I did not receive an order number or an order confirmation. Just a pop up that said, thank you for your order. I called the customer service number listed at the top of their website, and right away. It seems suspicious because no one answered . I was immediately on hold listening to some music for quite a while, then somebody got on the line, they sounded far away like they had an accent, and they were in India, I started to tell them that I didn’t receive an order confirmation. They hung up, and I went into listening to the on hold music again. It became clear that I’ve been scammed. I called my bank right away and told them that I think I’ve been scammed, but the transaction already went through and the amount was

taken out immediately.

I checked twice throughout the day with my friend, she was at home, and no one has attempted delivery of a flower bouquet.

I believe my bank is looking into this as far as I’m concerned, I have no recourse with the merchant.

I also noticed that they were two transactions for Google that were attempted on my account, they were placed on hold. I do not use this card for Google and I have put a lock on my ATM card this morning.

Clearly this company is a scam!

They pop right up on Google search as a sponsored advertiser, I think this needs to be investigated right away, and their website needs to be taken down before they claim more victims

Roger Florist website says they are a flower order and delivery service. I placed an order on March 6, 2023 over the phone for flower delivery for $48, to be delivered March 7, 2023. The representative from Roger Florist took my mailing address, email, phone number, and card number. My account was immediately charged $62.31, but I was never sent a confirmation email with order tracking. The flowers were never delivered. I sent a text request to customer service evening of March 7 for a full refund. I received a reply to that text March 8, 2023 advising they were unable to deliver and a refund would be issued in 1 - 2 days. As of March 15, I still have not received a refund. When I try to call their numbers on their website they immediately hang up on me when I start to request help. They do not respond to the customer service text or email. When I tried the live chat option on their website it just says “failed to send”.

I searched online for a local florist in Ashland, OH, Roger Florist came up and I called them to place an order. The flowers were not delivered so I called Roger Florist back 3/3/23 and it kept ringing and would play music in the background. I called again the next day, I kept getting put on hold and no one would come back to the phone. I was finally able to speak to someone and was told they refunded my money because they were too far, he said they were in Jersey. I cancelled my credit card because I felt like this was a scam so I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

I tried to send flowers to my girlfriend for Valentine's day. I ordered them on line from Roger Florist on February 10, 2023 and paid through Venmo. I live in Johnstown, PA 15905 and was sending them to my girlfriend in Anderson, South Carolina.

I paid with my Venmo account and $64.18 was taken from my Venmo account and the flowers were never delivered. I got a phone call from someone later that said I was scammed. I tried calling the number (855) 451-2339 listed on my venmo transaction under Roger Florist and it rings numerous times then just starts beeping. I am just interested in trying to get my money refunded. I am a college student who does not have any extra money to be scammed like this.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and was told they were a local florist (they came up when I googled florists for the city.). They said they would email me when they were delivered. When I hadn't heard from them, I called. After numerous phone calls I was told the funeral home was out of the delivery area so the order was canceled and they were refund my money. When I was unable to reach customer service I emailed them at [email protected]. A "manager" responded and said they couldn't find my order so I sent information from my cc statement. When I didn't hear back I called again, was unable to reach them so emailed back. I was told I would receive a refund (but it was for the incorrect amount), but after almost 3 weeks have yet to see a refund. I have filed a dispute with my cc company as well.
