This company poses as a flower delivery company. After they receive payment, they cancel the order and claim that a refund has been issued. I have waited over 2 months for this refund. After further review on yelp, I found that I am only one of MANY who they have done this to.

I called number from the web to order flowers. The add said it was a family owned business. I asked if the were local to Statesville and he said yes. Flowers would be delivered in 2 hours.

I received email that said order was canceled. I called and found out they were NOT local and the address the flowers were going to were out of delivery area.

Two days to get a refund. They wouldn’t provide the parent company name and the woman on the phone would not give me her manager name and number.

Big time scam!!!!!!

I purchased flowers to be delivered to my mom. I received an email from Sarata Florist saying that they were unable to deliver the flowers and would give me a full refund. I never received the refund. Their email had no contact information on it.

I called Starluck flowers to send flowers to a friend. Paid $66.48 and they said the order was sent. A few minutes later I get an email telling me the order was cancelled and my money was being refunded within 2 days. A week later it hadn't been credited back to my account. I sent them an email and they said it would be taken care of soon. I sent another email again stating I want my refund as soon as possible. They said "Sorry about that. We will take care of it soon." Their customer service manager is Robertha Kiley, on their site. Have not heard back.

I ordered twice once on the 23rd and 26th of December. I then got a cancelation notice on both times. I called today on the 3rd of January and spoke with a man named Patrick. He said the refund was issued but so far i have not received anything. I thought they were a local company. Scammers!

Starluck Flowers is a SCAM! I ordered flowers from them for my friend, via their website. My credit card was charged. I then quickly received an email saying they were unable to fulfill the order and would issue me a refund. The refund never came, even after calling them. I then saw on Yelp and ScamPulse.com that multiple people had reported them as a scam. Thankfully, my credit card company removed the charge from my account. Do NOT use Starluck Flowers!!

I purchased two bouquets of flowers from Star Luck Flowers which I assumed was a floral company in Santa Clarita, California. These bouquets were to be delivered to the a local hospital on December 24 by the end of the day. I purchased these and received a generic confirmation email of my purchase. However, when the clock neared their business "closing time" I called the number on the confirmation and it automatically went to an automated voicemail where an electronic voice said they were closed and the line cut off, not giving me an opportunity to leave a message. This was strange as their website indicated they were open until 7 PST on 12/24 and it was only 6 PST on the 24th of December. My friend in the hospital did not receive these bouquets and the day after I was sent an email saying the order was cancelled and another email saying I would be refunded. The refund never happened and I had to cancel my bank card I used to purchase for fear of scam!

Just like the other stories I am seeing about this company, Starluck Flowers emailed to say that the local florist was unable to complete the delivery and that I would be issued a full refund. A few days later the transaction went from pending to completed.

Ordered flowers (appeared to show on-line local company) on Dec 5, 2024. Within 2 hours received a refund notice that flowers could not be delivered. Refund ref #211732.

Money was withdrawn out of my bank account. No credit was issued back to me.

On Dec 10, 2024 contacted via email about status of refund was told "rest assured I am actively working on it"

On Dec 13,2024 contacted via email again about still not receiving refund they replied " we are addressing it promptly"

Still no refund, filed claim with local bank on 12-20-24. Looking the company up on your ScamPulse.com site, it appears I am one of many that got conned.

Ordered flowers for a funeral. They were never delivered. Promised a refund within 2 business days. Weeks of emails and phone calls later and they still haven’t returned the money. Received a confirmation email of a refund that would process. Have now submitted all the information and email chain to my bank, have had to cancel my cards, and in the dispute process to get my money back. Do not use. After a quick google search once the refund didn’t show up it seems to be this company does this to everyone to get your credit/debit information and no one gets flowers. Be aware and choose a different company. Google needs to delist.

Ordered flowers on 11/19/2024 for sister's birthday. The order was cancelled by Starluck but no credit received. After several days, I called and was told by Hannah on 11/29 who said she understood my frustration and would issue the refund and allow 2-4 days for credit, nothing happened. I called again on 12/11 and talked with Mia and was told the same thing, but again no refund. I called on 12/17 and spoke with Patrick who again said he understood my frustration but could not tell me when the refund would be issued. I told him I would allow 3 days for the refund to be issued which would be an entire 30 days since I placed the order. Today I noticed there was a refund. I disputed this charge with my bank that issued the debit card so I am not certain who issued the refund the bank or Starluck. But this is obviously a scam. When you call they immediately pick up the phone and then disconnect, or let it continue to ring for up to 10 minutes, or if they do answer it is a different person each time with a scripted speech regarding their understanding. THEY DO NOT INTEND TO REFUND UNLESS YOU ARE PERSISTENT FOR 30 DAYS AND ARE FEARFUL OF REPERCUSSION FROM THE CUSTOMER. They operate under Starluck Flowers or use the name Star Luck Flowers they use the same 800 number for Ava's flowers, Starluck flowsers, and Star Luck Flowers. SCAMMERS!

December 1 contacted the merchant. Response said they were working on it.

December 4 contacted the merchant. No response.

December 6 contacted the merchant. Said they would contact the refund department and get back to me. Never did.

December 9 contacted the merchant. Was told the refund would be in my account in 3 business days.

December 13 unidentified charge of $95.22 by “Monobank”

December 13 Still no refund, so I filed a claim through my bank.
