I ordered flowers for my Aunts memorial service to be delivered to the funeral home in MN. Never received a confirmation email after placing order. I called Rogers florist the day of the service and could not get anyone to answer, first red flag. Then I sent email to the company, only to get a response from the company that the flowers could not be delivered, and a credit would be issued. Still waiting on credit!!!

I placed an order for a flower delivery. I paid extra for same day delivery. This website advertises that they can deliver anywhere in the country. I placed this order online on the morning of March 31st, 2023. I never received any confirmation of a receipt or delivery confirmation. I sent an email on the evening of March 31st, I received a response on April 1st, 2023 that stated the company was unable to make a delivery to the listed address and that a full refund would be issued within 1-2 days. It has now been almost three weeks with no refund issued. I also have attempted contact three times since April 1st with no response.

Advertise on Google coming up as local florist. Never send confirmation email. Chat feature doesn't work. Does not deliver order. Phone does not go through. Email to customer service gets auto reply that business is closed. Receive reply next day that order undeliverable and refund will be issued in 1-2 days. Refund never issued and business never replies to additional email communication.

I ordered flowers online (they advertised that they deliver to the area). When I realized that the flowers never got delivered, I contacted them and then they told me the location was too far away to deliver to! By then they had credited my account and have my money. They told me that a refund was made and that I should see it back in my account in 1-2 days. It has been a week and still no refund. When I again contacted them, I got no reply. I lost $62.

I ordered flowers from Roger Florist via website on or about March 2, 2023. Paid $61.50 via Visa for delivery to Portland, ME. No flowers were delivered. Tried to call the number that was associated with the charge and was told to send an email, and then they hung up. Since March 20, I have been contacting them regularly - nearly every day - with an email. I've received replies from Customer Service representatives, even a "manager" - they have claimed to have refunded my account but the "receipt" they show is for $66.85, and this amount has not been refunded to my account. They do not answer their phones and they no longer respond to my emails. I have an email where they have admitted that the flowers were not delivered.

They pretend to be a florist but It is a scam. Check the web reviews this has happened to tons of people

They take your money you get this email and you do not get a refund:

This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable.

You purchased from us a very little while ago so we wanted to respond to you almost immediately so you can have a chance to go search for another flower service.

Sorry again but we cannot deliver to that address.

We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 1 or 2 days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank.

If you have any other questions, please reply to this email.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to Islamorada FL from what seemed to be a reputable website (https://www.rogerflorist.com) I got no confirmation email and the flowers never arrived. I tried to contact customer service but they did not reply. My CC was charged $71.40 immediately.

I looked up Dothan, AL florists to send flowers to my friends fathers funeral. I called and talked at length with someone getting opinion when should have them delivered since service was at 10 am . They suggested delivering day before to church late afternoon. Told them what To put on a card.. The charge did go through but they never got the flowers . I realized never got the confirmation email . When first gave card it got flagged by my bank but I said ok to go thru because I thought I was on phone with a florist. It’s very sad that there people out there taking money for someone’s funeral flowers to a church! I felt bad I could not be at funeral , so I was feeling good I had picked out a nice arrangement and even went in with another couple . So they paid me half. Now I feel bad messed them up too . How does this company have so many complaints but they are still getting away with this ?? Why can’t they be stopped ? To take advantage of people grieving is about as low down as you can go . Realized it was a scam when started looking up .

Scam floral company accepts order, charges card, sends email saying delivery not possible, and then does not issue refund. This company has COUNTLESS similar complaints that I wish I had seen before ordering -- why are they still allowed to conduct business?

I googled "local florist" so that I could send a nice bouquet to my grieving sister in law at work. The Roger's Florist website came up and they had pictures of really nice bouquets that could be delivered to my sister in law at work "locally." On the day the flowers were supposed to arrive I called my sister in law to ask if she had received them. She never did. When I tried to call the number of Roger's Florists to ask for my money back because the flowers were never delivered they kept hanging up on me. I reached out via email and they said they would credit the money back to my bank account and never did. It was absolutely awful that I was trying to brighten the day of my grieving sister in law and ended up getting scammed.

I ordered flowers online from them. They claimed to be a local shop and could deliver same day. I ordered and they promptly charged my card. The flowers were never delivered and when I called them I was hung up on 5 times. They said my order had been canceled and I would be credited back. I have not been credited back as all the 100's of others have reported. They have no info to give me about my order and will not pick up my calls anymore. I called to order online anonymously and they were all ready to take my order again and steal my money. This is a scam going on here.

Unfortunately you don’t realize you’re being scammed until after you finalize the order and no email confirmation or order information is sent. When you call the number listed it rings music starts playing and immediately states that there are no agents available. Also they claim you will receive immediate assistance via chat at the bottom of the page but there no section for you to do that.

I place an order with Roger Florist on March 23rd for delivery on March 25th. When my friend told me they did not receive the flowers I attempted to contact the company and found the website rogerSflorist. When I opened the website it said in big red letter that RogerFlorist is a scam and that is not affiliated with them.

Just a warning to DO NOT PURCHASE from Roger Florist!!!! I ordered on 3/7/23 and the product wasn't delivered but my company credit card was charged. They also promised an email would be sent to me to confirm purchase which I never received. The party I was sending the flowers to never received. On 3/9/23, I called to check on the status and they said to email [email protected] and immediately hung up. I called again on 3/13/23, was transferred to someone and they said to send an email and rudely hung up again. I did contact via email and received the attached response. I was to be credited in 1-2 days. As of 3/23/23, they have yet to credit my account. Fortunately, my company filed dispute charges and we received the credit on my company credit card today.

I ordered flowers that were never delivered and I contacted the company about it and they responded by saying they canceled the order and that they would refund my money, but they never did refund the money.

I made an online purchase in the amount of $75.95 with Roger Florist. At the end of the transaction, a screen popped up saying thanks and that I would receive a receipt via email. Neither a confirmation number or an order number was provided. In addition, I never received a receipt via email. When I called the number provided online, they advised to send an email as that is the only way to ask questions or get any information. (All I wanted was my receipt and delivery time.) I asked why they couldn’t look on their system to tell me when it would be delivered and again they advised me to send an email and hung up. I did send an email and still have not received anything. I called all day as the flowers were for a funeral and they would not answer the phone anymore.

I called and canceled my card as the idea of them having my credit card number scares me. Unfortunately, they still processed my card and the charges went through. (I disputed the charges with my bank, but it takes 90 days to get my money back.)

Per my conversation with the bank, I was advised to call the number for Roger Florist that I guess appeared with the charge. The phone rang once and hung up. I tried calling 2 more times just to make sure, but the same thing happened. I looked online at the reviews for them and everyone stated that this company is a scam.
