The online florist site listed a toll free number and promised same day delivery. I called to place my order, gave payment information, delivery address plus my mailing address and email. Also gave inscription for card. After hanging up it hit me, why did they need my mailing address? It had been too easy and it seemed like something was not right. I called my bank right away and discovered that my account had been over charged. I called the florist back and said I wanted to cancel my order but got put on hold over and over. I called back again and again until finally I reached a recording saying the number was disconnected. Total scam!!!

I ordered and paid in full for plant arrangement on Thurs., 12/22/22 from Roger Florist to be delivered on the same day as ordered to a family member in Chicago. I received an email within 5 minutes claiming they received my order and processed my payment and the payment was posted on my bank account immediately. The delivery did not arrive to the recipient in Chicago and I followed up with an email to customer service at Roger Florist. I received a reply a couple of hours later stating they were closed for the day but they would get right on it the next morning. Three days passed and nothing was delivered as paid for and I sent an email demanding a full refund. I received a reply a few minutes later from a "manager" stating her name was "Denise" and her "business address on the email was a New York address.

She stated my order had been canceled for an unknown reason right after they withdrew my money from my bank account and I demanded a full refund immediately She wrote back that she would "personally refund" my money in full by Monday (12/26/22) and to allow my bank time to process the refund. It has not been refunded as promised I replied that I was reporting their fraud to ScamPulse.com immediately.

I tried to order a flower arrangement to be sent the same day as the website advertised. I was promised a receipt within three minutes, I never received a receipt. When I tried to contact them the next day to insure the flowers were delivered, they emailed me that the order was canceled and I would be issued a refund. I never received a refund. When I called the number on the website, a man with an Asian accent answered the phone and put me on hold forever! I tried to chat with the robot on their website, but it told me they only communicate via email and to email [email protected] and someone would email me back within 2 minutes. No one emailed me. I was told to put Denise in the subject line and she would respond. Denise also said she would follow up and find out why the order was canceled. Denise never followed up.

I tried to order flowers to be delivered to a nursing home for a family friend for Christmas. I completed the order online (on their website) but never got an email receipt, as it stated I would. Then I emailed to the customer service address but got no response. Finally I called and was passed off to a 2nd person and only given a "confirmation number." The flowers were never delivered but the charge went through on my credit card.

Went to website ordered flowers. They were never delivered however my bank account was charged.

I called the "business" 3 or 4 times, they would answer then when I asked about my order they would hang up.

The same day the flowers were to be delivered I also emailed. The email said "Your order has been cancelled. I am not sure yet what has happened and I will absolutely follow up to see what went wrong so it does not happen again. In the meantime, I have issued a refund"

Of course I never saw a refund.

Im very upset about my money but I looked on their website which is still up and I am sure they area still stealing money :(

This is a fake site that is scraping data. I placed an order for a same-day flower delivery but did not receive an email confirmation of the order or a receipt. I contacted them directly by both chat and phone, and I was put in touch with an off-shore call center. They claimed that the order was received and would be delivered by 6:00 PM EST and that the order confirmation would be received. None of this occured and when I contacted them again, I noticed that the phone number on their site had changed. Each time you go to their site, the phone number changes to a different number. They are scrapping personal data and this site should be shut down immediately and charges pressed for fraud!!

Ordered flowers... then they canceled the order and stated a refund would be given. I still have yet to receive the refund. The confirmation number they gave me was 74348. I have E-mailed them weekly..nothing

Just to give perspective - This company played off of another company which is named Rogers Florist in which they used Roger Florist.

Website in question - Domain Name: rogerflorist.com

They have a fictious physical address which does not exist : 2000 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ

Legal name per New Jersey business search entity site: ROGER FLORIST LLC 0450775864 PRINCETON LLC 2/28/2022

The scam is when you purchase flowers, they take your money then no delivery is completed. When you try to contact them via phone and have already made a complaint to them, they block your number.

Email contact only states: Hello. We do customer service by e-mail only. Please email us at [email protected]. There is someone here waiting right now to answer your e-mail. We answer all emails under 3 minutes. Please provide your first name, last name and LAST 4 DIGITS of your credit card in the email.

So whenever you call, it rings then disconnects also when you chat they disconnect after the above email statement.

My scenario:

I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists, they took my credit card and charged me immediately and the next day on 12/8/22, after I called, they indicated that they were unable to deliver due to the system cancelling my order. Then indicated they would credit me back within 3 to 5 business days, so I periodically emailed them to make sure I was getting my refund. This has not happened, so I filed a complaint via USAA since this is a civil case.

As I kept researching this entity, I also found numerous complaints with the very same scenario I discussed above.

Looking for flowers to be delivered. Roger Florist came up 1st. I liked what I saw & called to place order. Person stated they would email confirmation. After a couple days I had not received confirmation but I had been charged for the flowers so I pulled up website and that is when I discovered the scam. Several other victims & lots of being scammed information. I have attempted contact for a refund several times to no avail.

Flower delivery offered online. Without confirmation, the credit card was charged. I received an email the next day that the delivery had been cancelled. I checked for a refund, but there was none. I followed up with the company via phone and email. They claimed the refund had been issued however were not able to provide a receipt. I have followed up via phone and email for a month and have been hung up on or ignored.

The scammer poses as a flower delivery service and accepted an online order but it was never delivered. I did reach their "customer service" team and it was a group of Middle-Eastern/Indian people who promise to make a refund but no refund ever came.

Made an order for flowers and they said they delivered to Lady Lake Florida. Flowers were not delivered. Called back and they stated they di not have an order. About an hour later they charged my debit card 60.97. Called back and after several people who did not know anything, said I would have to talk to Denise there customer service manager. The nest day she e-mailed back and said the money would be placed back in may account and to allow 5 working days for it to appear back in my account. It has now been seven working days and still no money. Called this morning with no answer and e-mailed Denise with no answer. Needs to be shown as a crooked company.

On 10/28/22 I placed an online order for flowers needed for a funeral. I received an email confirmation the same day with $162.08 being charged to my credit card. That same day, I received another email stating: "This is to confirm that we had to cancel your order because it was undeliverable. We issued a full refund to your card. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear on your account, if you used a debit card it may take a bit more time depending on your bank. If you have any other questions, please reply to this email. Thank you for understanding and I am always here for you! Jackie Tyler." Of course, I did not get the refund to my credit card so I have repeatedly emailed [email protected] inquiring when I will get the refund. As of 12/12/22 still no refund and no response from Roger Florist. The phone number 877-613-2711 on their website nobody answers. I've filed a claim with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROGER FLORIST!!

They took a flower order online and emailed the next day that it was "undeliverable" and a refund had been issued. refund would take 5-7 day. 19 days later and several emails between customer service and now they will not respond.

rogerflorist.com comes up as the number one florist website offering online purchases and same day delivery...very easy to choose product and then enter delivery info with standard checkout procedure....i placed an order and followed the checkout procedures.....after not receiving the confirmation email, i attempted to call the number for a status update (after about an hour of time passing). a man answered and asked how he could help me, i asked about an update on the delivery order placed earlier today and the man asked me to stay on the line for a moment. as soon as he put me on hold, i received a recording telling me that "there are no agents available to take my call, good bye" then disconnected the line...

On 10/3/22 I Googled for flowers to be sent and Roger Florist seemed like a good option - it looked like it was established and had a franchise. I made two separate orders, and immediately after each received an email from [email protected] stating they couldn't deliver to the address given. However, by that time they had made the two charges. The email stated that I would get a refund in 10-20 days. I called Roger Florist, and the person who answered said I had to talk to customer service, and transferred by call to what sounded like a foreign numbers (static). The person had an accept, so I assumed that cs was done in a foreign country, as is the case quite often. I waited three weeks, and tried again. I sent an email and received one back saying they were out of the office, try again another day. Now I see that when I tried to enter this email in this form, the email is invalid. That was in October. In November,I had two four charges made from companies I didn't know - I hadn't made the charges. I wondered if perhaps my cc info was sent out/sold to other scammers - the coincidence seemed too likely. I don't have proof, but I hadn't had any unauthorized charges (fraud) on my account in very many years - and all of a sudden, two consecutive months, the first whom I contacted, the second attempts by companies with whom I hadn't made any contact with. It was cause for legitimate conjecture, especially when it was obvious that "Roger Florist" wasn't going to respond.
