I paid for a $1.00 report after completing a quiz. They claim that at the time I authorized that charge there was also a disclaimer saying I was subscribing. I do not recall seeing such a notation. About a week later I see the 49.99 charge through PayPal. I disputed the charge, but chose the wrong option. Ultimately PayPal closed it the same day. Because of this. I continued to try and resolve this with the company. They keep saying they can’t process my refund because there’s an open dispute with my bank. I keep telling them it’s closed and round and round we go. After seven days since PayPal closed it on my end these people still say it’s open and they can’t do anything, so I have tried opening another PayPal dispute. Everyone needs to stay far away from this company. They have very deceptive business practices.

I order 2 sets of outfits. Paid $39.39. Supposed to be delivered 7 -10 days. No show contact allegedly sent to physicl address still no show. Been since feb 2, 2026.

It offered a .99 cent quiz to deliver personal style advice to email. That never came, then it charged me 49.00 for clothing. There was no way to figure out how to get the clothes I supposedly agreed to. Months later, I now have a $100 new charge. I try to login and email and they say they don’t recognize my email - implying I don’t have an account.

After placing the order, I waited about two weeks and when I noticed that the package did not arrive I looked for the order online and in the shop app. The app shows that the package was delivered. I contacted them by email about it, but they indicated that the order has not been send out yet due to high demand and they will send the tracking information when the is ready to be delivered. We exchange various email about the order but with the same excuse. It is been more than 30 days and the shop app still showing the same info and they still replying with the same excuse.
