This company advertises on social media with stolen ads from another brand. The mood magic is an actual product but it is not made by Bymood. After ordering product from Bymood, they will not ship anything to you as they are not a legitimate business. They will not return any emails and will deny a refund.

I encountered an ad on facebook for a Janie and Jack sale. It looked legitimate and the website is what came up when I searched for Janie and Jack as well. I placed an order and when I received the email confirmation and the tracking information I realized that it did not look legitimate. The email address for questions was [email protected] and the tracking was from overseas.

Product was ordered with insured premium 5 day guaranteed shipping. After10 days went by with no communication from seller or a tracking number I reached out to the company via email. Got no response. Another week passed and I sent another email indicating that I wanted a complete refund immediately. Still no response. I contacted my cc company and disputed the claim because I was charged immediately upon placing the order. It wasn’t until my cc company reached out to GODA directly that I finally got a response to my email and they are telling me I am going to be getting a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund.

I did not authorize a subscription to be made in my name with National Publishers Exchange. However they did make a subscription for me with Fortune Magazine. I have reported both companies for fraud.

I was searching on Google for a electric scooter and Google showed a list of sellers. I checked what I could about the site not knowing about BBB. To good to be true. I was taken for an electric scooter and a Milwaukee power tool set. Price was to good to be true. However, I trusted Costco, but it wasn't. It was costco-doodlebeads.

The product is trash and they lie about being based in NYC and closing after years in business. When you try to return the trash product, they try to bargain with you and offer discounts and when you refuse they tell you that you’ll have to pay for return shipping to China and a very high “admin” fee per item returned. It’s a scam business.

Posed as a reputable American company but bases in China. Product was said to have been delivered but was not. Security cameras show zero delivery on that date. Repeated attempts contacting only results in promises for two months.
