I bought a showerhead online that was advertised at the price of $39.99 when I received my product my showerhead had a pinhole in it that was spraying water out the handle. I tried to fix it myself could not fix it. I’ve reached out to the company via email only to be surprised when the email bounced back as undeliverable that the email address doesn’t exist. There is no phone number to contact the company and also they keep trying to take duplicate transactions from my account and I had to block them on my Cash app card.

I ordered several clothing items at very discounted price. Paid using debit card. The amount $65.13 was taken from my account on march 27 2026….I have not received items. No contact was made by this @company” at all!! I cannot locate them on internet. All I find is their site is closed.

I ordered from a site on TikTok that was selling 8 piece sets of clothing for $24 i bought 3 different sets. I received tracking and 33 days later it said delivered which it was Not!!! When I tried to contact through link provided the website was not available

See an ad on Facebook. It was for 1 digestion pill for $29. Instead got 6 pills all different vitamins and they charged me $239.94 can't find a way to cancel or get refund never got a confirmation email either

I placed the order in October 2025. I kept up with the tracking and it stopped in a nearby town. I waited a couple more months, then asked for a refund. The company said to wait a couple more weeks then they would refund if it did not arrive. The order never arrived, and I have been unable to get an answer from the company.

I ordered a hose reel set up on instagram paid through PayPal and the item was never delivered. Filed a claim and PayPal did nothing . They said that the seller delivered the item . PayPal never refunded my money as they say they have you back when this type of thing happens

I ordered from this site and did receive two emails…one with an order number and one saying the item was in transit. This item never came. In addition, when I click on the email to “go to order”, a warning message appears saying this site might be fraudulent.

On April 5, I clicked an ad from Facebook for a car battery jumper. The price was advertised at $9.98, filled in my shipping address and my credit card number, then was charged $99.94, I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Then received multiple other charges: April 6, 2026: $149.85, $139.94; April 7, 2026: $149.70, $149.75, $149.85. My credit card company said they can not reverse the charges because it was a type of purchase that can not be reversed.
