This website claims to rehome dogs, but when you attempt to adopt one, they ask for money upfront to "get vet records..." which are always free to obtain from their vet. They also ask for several very personal and unneeded information that does not align with what is required from most adoption agencies.

I ordered a bar of turmeric soap from Waterfalls.co (trywaterfalls.co) on 1/2/2024.It would be updated on the USPS website "Out for delivery" but then end up back at the main

hub that had no knowledge of my order. The item basically was never delivered.I then began to see many others say this company was a scam. I've been emailing them and they promised to refund me my $13.95 after waiting almost 2 months for the item I ordered.I haven't received my refund as well.Do not order from this company.

The photos of the clothing on the website were very nice and priced typical for item. When they came, they were all made from this awful polyester material when photo clearly showed a sweater and a long sleeved. t-shirt. The sleeved also came halfway up my arm. Terrible quality. When I contacted them about returning items per their website policy, they only offered a 15% coupon for a future order after emailing back and forth several times.

My credit card had 2 separate line items; one for a charge of $59.00 and one for $59.06. Supposedly, I ordered from this company, Vikrasseth.

I contacted the bank who issued the card and told them about these unauthorized purchases. Their dispute department took the information and I closed the account.

Several months later I received, via US mail, that I was responsible for the charges because this company "produced valid purchasing and shipping information", although the copies of the purchase/shipping information that the bank sent to me, did not include what I supposedly purchased. Also included was copies of the transportation certificates that contained tracking numbers.

After extensive research, the two tracking numbers could not be found, OH SURPRISE, NOT!!!, as anyone can make up a certificate of any kind.

I'm still arguing with my credit card company so I don't have to pay for a scam. It is well documented on the internet that VIKRASSETH.COM is a scam site and the first red flag to my bank should have been that it was out of China.

I am discussed with the 2 numeral bank and the fact that I am doing their research as well as finding the information that every service representative in the dispute department should know by now. There are many bogus internet companies that you would think that when a certain company name pops up under "Purchase" dispute departments would know that your account had been hacked and someone was scamming monies from your customer.

I Googled a company to help me to renew my passport. It came up first as US Docs and as I entered the email they gave me an application, reference code and told me that this was not a government agency. I would still have to send my fees and they charged me $89 for each passport. I woke up and panicked about this. I disputed the charge with credit card company and they are looking in to it. They told me to contact them to get more information and I haven't heard anything from them. I decided to report this to the BBB.

Clicked "book" on a flight for $438 to Mexico City, clearly indicated that there were two passengers being booked, final total was $800 plus (which made sense for two people), gave my credit card and billing information and clicked "book" again. When the processing was taking too long (more than 15 minutes), I chatted with a representative on that site and was informed that I had only paid for one ticket which was $800 plus. I argued with the rep and was told that I could not cancel because it was a non-refundable ticket. I was told that I could pay $600 for the other ticket, making the final price $1400, not $800. I declined and cancelled my credit card before the charge went through. SCAM
