I ordered a 10 pack of dresses. They were supposedly delivered at 11 pm on a sunday night by the usps. My cameras beg to differ. I have never received the item. The customer service rep was named mia. She said it was delivered to the wrong place and it would take 7 days for them to resend it. Why would it take 6 weeks one time, but 1 week the next? Anyway, I have my money gone and no products.

They took my order. They gave me an order number. Then the next day they said it was shipped. They gave me a tracking number which I could not track it and if you go to the site to go track it everything in Chinese and you can’t get a hold of the company.

I ordered some stuff from them, they received my order and emailed me the confirmation with track number. I was tracking my order and after 30 days showing in the tracking web that my stuff was delivered, but I never received anything. I checked my cameras in case someone stole it but couldn't see anything. I contacted customer service regarding this issue and I was told that they will send it again. I wait for 2 weeks checking the track again and in the web said items was delivered, again I didn't received anything. This is a scam don't buy anything from them.

I bought an item that was adequate quality even though it didn't work as advertised. I was enrolled into a "VIP membership" to get a discount, allegedly, and get future "discounts". I was upsold to purchase multiple items to get a discount. At no time did I see anything about a $59.99 monthly charge. That is a ridiculous fee for nothing.

Found this website and ordered shoes. The shipment kept getting delayed. They finally arrived but were very poor quality. I asked for a return and was ignored. The website no longer exists but another one has been created and advertises identical products.

There are novels online and you are allowed to read so many chapters. You have to buy time to read the rest of the novels. I paid $4.99 for a one-day pass. But I noticed on PayPal that in addition to that money, they also charged me $9.99 that same day and every day thereafter until midnight today.

I ordered 2 electric e-bikes for about 49.85 a piece. Waited almost a month now for them. They said they were at my house yesterday but I reviewed all my cameras and seen no one come to my door. Said they attempted to bring them yesterday. But nothing at the door or no one at my door. ?????

Watched a video on Tik Tok about a window a/c unit deal, the site appeared legitimate then the payment processed as a different company in my account and I received bogus tracking information and their support email was flagged as a scam

I ordered a legal document and agreed to pay a one-time fee. They began charging my card a monthly fee without my permission of $9.99. My credit card is disputing the charges and blocking further charges. They apparently are doing this to so many people if you just google. They should be STOPPED, JAILED.

I received some sleep gummies I ordered. I paid to send them back unopened but not only still billed but they keep sending. I was told I cannot send back without paying for return but they keep sending. I called telephone on line but no answer. SCAM!!!!!!

Product {Sandals} were ordered according to information given in their ad. Ad stated that when ordering, order one size larger than what you wear. When the sandals were received, the size was too large. Product was not defective or damaged. When I explained that the size too large, they reviewed the order and said the product and size was what we ordered. Therefore, they could not and would not take them back or offer a refund or correct size. I could dispose of the sandals as I saw fit. They did offer a 5% discount on another pair if desired, but no refund on what was sent, a product I have no use for.

Ordered a womens blouse on 4/3/2026. Received a bogus tracking number. I followed up with their support email at least 18 times when I hadn't received the package. They told me it was delivered. When I showed them it wasn't, they blamed it on the local USPS and told me I'd need to take it up with them.
