I made a purchase online for a package of spf sun shirts and never received the goods. When I questioned them, they said it was delivered. Then, a week later they admitted there was a problem with the delivery and offered a 55% refund. When I said no they then offered a 65% refund. I told them they need to refund the full amount. I've since contacted my credit card and have reversed the charge.

Tracking company was T17. It had said it was delivered, but it was not. I emailed them and they said check with your post office which I did and of course tracking number was not real. The scam was the same exact as previously mentioned. I bought a true product at first for $29.99. The product was advertised as full size and it was very very small. Not worth $29.99 in the first place. But the real loss started when they started charging me monthly thereafter when I never signed up for a subscriptions or received any additional products or services. I never gave permission for them to continue to charge me monthly or received any email or any information regarding a subscription. They attempted to charge me 2 times before I realized.
