Alibaba.com few months ago used my wifes debit card and made 3 unauthorized charges to our checking acc and now September 11th and 24th they made once again two more charges to our acc and this time they got my debit card info. We had never ordered anything from Alibaba.com so them continuously trying get money from our checking acc tells me that this site is involved in very serious internet scam involving use of people's financial informations. I hope that something gets done to go after them and shut them down!!!

My mother ordered discounted clothing from a Lane Bryant website that was on Facebook. When transaction was completed, it was transfered to Lookclassy. It was allegedly delivered to my mother's home; however, it's been eight days now and no package.

Almost 5 weeks ago I ordered 2 items online from &&Gallery in Los Angeles. I have written 3 unanswered emails asking for info, but to no avail. I cannot find a phone number to call. Order #12507 ($46) and order #12508 ($46) have been paid for but not delivered!!! I am so frustrated and sick of being ignored!

Exact same as every other incident I've read about. Instagram ad that looks like a legit ad, in this case it was for Rhoback. The super discounted prices should have given it away to begin with. After ordering you get an email with order details. The 'tracking number' they send is fake. If you look at the tracking number on a website that tracks these shipments, it will look like the order is en route, but it will never show up. You try to email them and they act like they will send a second package, but it's the same deal as the first one. They will then offer a 70% refund because "we have also taken a loss on these shipments due to the super discounted prices", even though they have likely just stolen your money and will not give it back.

Purchased item on 7/22/2025. Money deducted from account. Product “tracked” to JFK since 8/11/2025. “Customer Service” states they will refund money and send out product again for fee. All a lie.

Did not realize amything happened until i got a letter from my auto insurance saying they couldnt take their payment out, due to insaficiant funds. Called my bank they informed me a company named Timber and Oaks took out 29.99. I have never heard of this place. So i immediately canceled my card and am going in to sign papers to get my money back.

Bought a dress for 25 dollars and received a product that was not similar to the original in quality at all. Then the company signed me up for a subscription. After emailing and trying to get my subscription cancelled, 2 more charges went through. They took over 100 dollars.

Jeff Bezos himself( or a very convincing A.I replica of him) personally recruiting people who would rate amazon products via survey links to earn between $200 to $800 per day. Claimed I'd already made $207 for answering 3 short survey questions. Said for $ 33. Which would be refunded within 10mins of paying for access to 10 short questions then on a daily basis providing access to a customer survey site to rate any of 50,000 items for which pay would be 3 or4 times the minimum wage and enable access via this website. Once I paid, this website Hotmart Bv popped up and had nothing to do with Amazon anything!! Total Scam!!!

the company kept charging my card, even though i got confirmation on my cancellation and every month i had to contact them and i got the same answer. For the month of september i had to close my account and i got a notice from my bank stating that they tried to charge me again.

Seller is advertising “wireless trailer lights” at a discounted price. You do not receive what you ordered. If you receive anything at all it is so they can provide a tracking number in an attempt to satisfy their platform such as Facebook or TikTok.

Got in contract with Kinnor Music Inc on 5/25 through an agent( a famous piano teacher in the Bay Area) . Paid 3 installments for 3000 dollar each. Promised deliver on 8/5-8/10. Deadline has past, no piano or no full refund. Representative has give me a 500 dollar partial refund from another company. And doesnt provide any additional refund or delivery.
