I have sent 5 or 6 email over the weeks .no reply No tracking and says order unfulfilled. Pretty PISSED! NO direct contact available or phone. Loser company!!!!!

I encountered an ad on facebook for a Janie and Jack sale. It looked legitimate and the website is what came up when I searched for Janie and Jack as well. I placed an order and when I received the email confirmation and the tracking information I realized that it did not look legitimate. Product was ordered with insured premium 5 day guaranteed shipping. After10 days went by with no communication from seller or a tracking number I reached out to the company via email. Got no response. Another week passed and I sent another email indicating that I wanted a complete refund immediately. Still no response. I contacted my cc company and disputed the claim because I was charged immediately upon placing the order. It wasn’t until my cc company reached out to GODA directly that I finally got a response to my email and they are telling me I am going to be getting a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund.
