I ordered and received confirmation. Received tracking number that said was delivered. I never received the package after 1 month waiting for it to arrive. I contacted company by email. They said they would send a replacement. I receive yet another tracking number which also told me it was delivered but it was not. I asked for the company’s name that would have delivered, they would not tell me, only that they contacted and the company said it was delivered. They have offered me a 70% refund and said it would take 15-25 days to receive it.

I ordered three dresses and was informed they only had two. They told me to choose a replacement after a lot of back and forth. Then when I got the two dresses they looked NOTHING like the pattern. They were clearly drop shipped from another country in terrible quality (I used to work with merch and tracked it back to an importer). There was no chiffon in sight, exposed hems, just TERRIBLE. Their customer service is horrendous. They shouldn’t be allowed to continue! Now I’m out a dress for a wedding this week and almost $200

I tried ordering a product and was billed for 2 products and was also told it was a recurring monthly order. One order was 19.98 and the other was 59.94. Before I was given a statement it processed the billing to PayPal. I tried to immediately cancel order and after a lengthy conversation I was told it was too late to cancel but I still hadn’t received a confirmation email of the order and cost and it said it would ship in 24 hours if not delayed by high demand. Luckily when I went direct to PayPal customer service phone number as AI chat is hopeless a dispute was launched and payment refunded.

I attempted to buy some shoes for a great price for 34.99 and then they charged $44.98 by one site and $44.98 separately front another site. I had to call my bank to put a stop payment on both charges.

I ordered a mini wall washer and looked back to check my order and it wouldn’t let me. So I went back to order it again not noticing that there were 4 items with an order with 1 beside them and I tried to remove them and it wouldn’t let me. I had already given them my PayPal and could not discontinue the order. I tried to phone them and I got a China number that would not take my call so I called pay pal and the tried to help me and they took a note down about the whole thing. Weeks later I received 2 wall mops that were of poor quality and they couldn’t be used as there was no way of attaching the cloths. A real scam

I inadvertently signed up with a credit card for a monthly subscription to I don’t know what. It popped up on my phone pretending to be a Costco survey and would I like to answer a few questions to help Costco and try to win a prize. I had just been looking up Costco coupons online so I thought it was legit. After I entered my cc for “shipping” I was told I had a subscription! I called my cc to cancel the charge but it is still pending. Please try and stop this company
