This seller put a kid bike for sell and described as "Like new", when we brought back and found it was broken and tried to work with the seller for return and refund, he refused to accept also warned us not to step closer to his property as he would do something dangerous to us.

I made a purchase. I was supplied with a tracking number . Was never delivered even through tracking said it did… I contacted then said they had the wrong zip. They were going to reship. The same thing happened. I was then offered a lower refund I denied the lower refund and told them I wanted a full refund. Here it is 3 months later and no refund. I have contacted them several times and it’s always an excuse as to why they haven’t refunded my money… my daughter also had the same experience

Aggressive offer to clean shoes which appears to be a free sample to buy the shoe cleaning kit they sell. After they’re cleaning your shoes they tell you you the cost of cleaning the shoes is $20 and hustle you into buying the kit.

This is not the first time I’ve been scammed by stupid marketplace ads. There should be someone to weed the scammers out from the social platform. So many people trust because it’s Facebook. And then they get juked and bad thing about it is you can’t reach anyone to get your money back. Your just had. I say shame on Facebook!

I received a text from my credit card company that they denied a charge from this company for $39.99. They denied the charge because I was smart enough to freeze my credit card after the first attempt from this company to charge my credit card the same amount.

I ordered an electrical product online after watching a short informercial. The product was priced at $30. I gave my credit card information and a received an invoice a very short time later.. Maybe 10 mins or so. The invoice showed a charge of $239.94 for 7 units. I immediately notified the company of their mistake and they told me that the product has already been shipped and that I will need to wait until the product arrives. Now they are telling me to take a photo of the packgage it came in and the original product which I did, and submitted them to their support person. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Now theyre telling me that I will have to ship every thing back to CHINA. I have zero faith in the outfit and I am beginning to realize that I have been scammed.
