Since I am currently going through a divorce/separation, I have been looking for a second job for additional source of income to meet my committments. I was approached via text a few weeks ago by a recruiter who offered me a remote/online job opportunity. Although I was very skeptical about this offer, and I did raise my concerns to the recruiter and the trainer who was assigned to me, they made it appear very legitimate and straightforward and with a guarantee of steady monthly income. I then started the "job" on the 4th of April with a training provided by a "training coach" remotely via Whatsapp text. I insisted on getting additional information like an email address or company website etc. but she assured me that this was a simple "data processing" job that did not require email communication or any other information. In hindsight, this should have been a redflag and I should've immediately quit. But based on the assurances provided, I started "working" for this company which involved logging into a website and clicking on what they refer to as "data optimization for online apps" and for each click on the app, there was a certain commission that was posted to our account which could be withdrawn by the end of the day. There are 40 tasks or clicks required in each "task" and we were required to complete 3 such tasks a day. This seemed very simple and straightforward enough, so I completed my tasks for the first day and was able to withdraw a total commission of $79.05. However, in order to start on the next day's tasks, we had to deposit a minimum of $101 onto the platform in order to perform the daily tasks. One that 2nd day, I did not think much of it and with the commission earned the previous day, I added another $22 to it to invest back into the platform and to complete the tasks for the day. On that second day, my commission was $15.90 and at the end of the day, I was able to withdraw my initial investment of $101 and the $15.90 earned that day.I was informed that on Day 5, I would be paid a "salary bonus" of $800, so at this point, my goal was to get out of this game on day 5 with the bonus. It was on Day 5 that things started going downhill. I invested my usual amount of $101 to start my daily tasks and halfway through my task, the "company" added my "salary bonus" of $800 to my account to add to my investment without my knowledge, I soon found out that I hit a combination task that required me to replenish another $680 into the account. From that point on, each click after that started increasing my negative balance and I have so far invested a total of around $60,000 of my own money with the only goal of recovering it by the end of the current task and get back the money I invested and report them for fraud and misleading the public. This morning, I finally completed the 40 clicks of the task that was initially started on the 17th of April and was ready to withdraw the total amount. However, the app notified me of a restriction saying that since my funds are over $10,000, I have been automatically upgraded to a VIP2 level and that I have to complete 10 more clicks on the app to be able to withdraw my money. Now I am very certain that this is just another "bait" to get me to continue clicking and hitting a negative balance so that I will pump in more money into the platform. As a law-abiding citizen, I am willing and ready to cooperate with the FBI in providing any further information needed.

I was contacted by text message and then sent to WhatsApp messenger. I was offered a work from home job rating apps for companies I had a work account that I was responsible to add funds into then I could withdraw but I never was able to withdraw any money because I would have to top up my work account when it had a negative balance. If I knew I had to put my own money into the account I never would have participated in this scam. I was lied to and scammed out of my money.

I received a text much like the others. Did my due diligence as I found the opportunity intriguing and found that, much as I suspected... it's a scam. I provided no information and have reported it.

Got a text message for very high-paying job, they wanted to interview me on the spot, but on Zoom. It was beyond normal business hours, they used the names Marcus Rodriguez and referred to the hiring manager as Mrs, something, I forgot, very unusual though. I kept asking, via text, to schedule an interview for a later time, but I never heard from them again.

It was described as a job to earn extra money. I went through two training sessions with my advisor, Liza. When I started, I was told I had to recharge using Bitcoin. I did that a few times, but then it wanted more—up to $1,000. When I said I didn’t have it, I was told I lost all the commission I had already made, as well as the money I had put in. The job was supposed to involve rating vacation spots.

I applied for a position as a remote, freight checker with Highmark Logistics. I was hired on April 10, 2025. I was told there was a 30 day waiting period for my initial payment in the amount of $4200. I was told after that my compensation would be every two weeks. I signed what I believed to be a contract with them and began working. Throughout the past few weeks, they strategically checked in with me via email and phone. There were supervisors that introduced themselves to me as Isabella Joey and Manager Henry Lewin. Mr. Lewin contacted me via phone after about two weeks of working and informed me that I was doing a great job and provided me with a warm introduction about his role in the company. I was in formed that my payment date was 5/18/2025. To date, I have not received my scheduled deposit that was supposed to take place. I tried to log into the HighMark account and I received error information stating that I could not log into the account. They have denied my access and closed my account. Unfortunately, the research states that HighMark, Freight Check position may be a scam. I signed a contract with them and they obtained my banking information, which I now understand may have been apart of the scheme. I will have to contact my bank tomorrow. This is a very elaborate scheme and I sincerely hope you investigate further to prevent them from preying on the public.

Step 1: Quick Identity + Job Eligibility Check (Takes 2 Minutes)

To move forward, all final-round candidates complete a fast identity and eligibility check. This step is secure, required, and typically takes under 2 minutes.

Here’s what it does:

- Confirms your identity (name, address, public records)

- Verifies your eligibility to proceed

- Provides free access to your credit score (for your records only)

What to Expect:

The page you’ll see is from ClickFreeScore, a trusted third-party provider we use for secure identity checks.

You may notice messaging about:

- Your credit score

- A $1 trial

- Optional financial tools or offers

That’s completely normal and part of the verification system.

You may also see a $1 trial message — that’s part of how ClickFreeScore processes the identity check. It gives you access to your credit score, and the trial can be canceled

anytime between Day 2 and Day 7 to avoid any fees.

This is a soft check only:

- No impact on your credit

- Nothing is reported or shared with employers

This step must be completed using the secure link below. External reports, screenshots, or third-party tools cannot be accepted.

? Begin Secure Verification

(Works best on your phone or Chrome browser)

Why Identity Verification Is Required

To comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and follow remote onboarding protocols used by HR departments nationwide, we require all final-round candidates to complete a secure identity verification. This step ensures we accurately match your information, protect your file, and validate your application within our system.

Important Notes:

- Please use your mobile phone for best results

- This must be completed through our secure HR system — screenshots, PDFs, or third-party tools won’t be accepted due to compliance rules

Troubleshooting Tips (If the Link Doesn’t Work):

- Try incognito/private mode

- Copy and paste the link into your browser

- Turn off any VPN, iCloud Private Relay, or ad blockers

- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data

- Use Chrome for the smoothest experience

Card Not Going Through?

- Most debit and credit cards work — including many virtual/app-based cards (like Cash App, Chime, Venmo)

- If one card doesn’t work, try another — Visa or Mastercard usually work best

- Prepaid or virtual cards may sometimes fail — try a bank-issued debit or credit card if needed

Step 2: No Need to Email Reports

Your verification is automatically received by our secure HR system. No need to send us anything manually.

Step 3: Share Your Availability

Once your identity check is complete, reply to this email with the subject:

My Availability

Include 2–3 short time slots for a 10–15 minute onboarding call.

Please complete Step 1 before replying to ensure we can schedule your session.

Common Questions (Answered)

Q: Is this a job offer?

You’re on the final shortlist. Identity verification confirms you're eligible for onboarding.

Q: Can I talk to someone first?

Yes — the onboarding call is where you’ll speak directly with our team. Verification is required beforehand for compliance.

Q: Will this affect my credit?

No. It’s a soft identity check — there is no impact on your credit score.

Q: Why is there a $1 trial?

It’s part of the third-party verification system. You can cancel the trial anytime between Day 2 and Day 7.

Q: What if I don’t have a credit score?

No problem. The system verifies identity only — not creditworthiness.

Q: What if I don’t complete the step?

We’ll assume you’re no longer interested and remove your application from further review.

Thousands of applicants have completed this step and joined Apex Talent successfully. If you have any questions, just reply — our team is here to help.

We look forward to reviewing your verification and welcoming you aboard.

Warm regards,

Emily Parker

It’s a casting scam. I didn’t buy into it but they target vulnerable people and wait to bring up the price after getting everyone excited about a chance at fame. It was misleading. I was lead to believe it was an audition for a commercial. They are preying on desperate people with big dreams. I believe they call anyone back who looks like they can afford their packages or seem desperate enough. I find this unethical and it has to be some brand of pyramid scheme. Very fishy. The Adrian R’Mante guy has a suspicious past too. Honestly, I have so much to say, I cannot say it here. But that experience was strange and I have a horrible gut feeling about it. There needs to be further investigation into Adrian, CGTV, TCE, and ACA.
