This is a fitness ring, I ordered 1/31/25, order confirmation attached. I was able to contact the company that I learned after purchase was not in the US because there was no updatedn shipping information after a week. This week I followed up as I had been out of town and was able to send an email monday asking for information on item or to cancel/refund me. As of today all my emails go to an unknown email address and links in confimration emails, cant be reached. I have attached my order confirmation can provide shipping confirmation as well (no links working now)

I saw an ad online for a walking pad. I clicked the link to order. After I ordered, I received an email confirmation and tracking number. The next day I clicked on the link and it no longer worked. I never received the product

I am reporting this under the possible fraud category due to a repeated pattern of payment being accepted, incomplete shipments being sent, no direct customer communication, and representations made to my credit card company that the order was complete when items were missing.

I joined a compound site for a glp-1 and they never sent me the product. So, I filed a claim with FedEx like they asked, FedEx sent a correspondence that they couldn’t find it and they would work with the company. Giving me the run around.

I was to receive a mini-car-emergency kit for $11.94 which included a mini flashlight, jumper cables, gloves, ice-scraper. I got charged $11.94 and never received the mini-car emergency kit.

Please refund the $11.94 since nothing was received. Plus there was a new charge of $54.95 from the same address of 876 Hunters Ridge Drive, Genoa City WI 53128, under a new name of ElectroSparkFusionSupply. I know nothing about the second company with the same address and received nothing.

I odered some Coco butter Body gel they delivered the order to 2552 Apt 2 Getwell Lane. Constantly Harrising me because Keep telling them that I never got the package and want refund my money to my card. I also had two packages that was taken to this same address. In Memphis Tn 38108 One of the gifts was my Grandson Christmas Gift. All i want is my refund for the stolen packages.

I saw an ad on Facebook for their product, called 833-502-6078 to order it with my debit card. It cost $9.97 but they took out $200.00. I never received the product from them. I told them I wanted my money back. I was given a phone number to call 660-727-2820 to talk to someone about getting my money back but it was a scam.

I ordered through this company and the only contact was an email from someone named limmerguppy. It has been 4 months and they said the order was delivered twice and on the third time they said they would not resend or offer a refund due to shipping costs. I believe this whole ordeal was a scam from the beginning.
