This business called me after I had been researching insurance online. Their representative lied to me about the nature of their service assuring me that it would cover health related expenses. They collected monthly payments for over 6 months but refused to cover my hospital bills leading to harassing calls from the medical center. Once I realized that the company was a scam I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company (Capital One) and although they pretended to take it seriously, no help was provided. Now I am out over $2000 AND still responsible for $13k worth of emergency medical treatment that should have been covered.

They advertised a product online. I purchased it. they started charging me a subscription service after I purchased it. Then once the product finally came it was not anything close to what was advertised. It was 2" tall when it was supposed to be 10". They were cheap imitations. They were cheap plug in instead of solar powered, without a control box. They are complete scam artists.
