This was for a Bogg bag from Target. People on Facebook posted about a Target promotion and survey. You are offered a $100 bag for $10 if you complete the Target survey. I completed the survey and paid. Then about a month later a random charge appeared for almost $82 from same company and I never received a bag.

Advertisement was on Facebook. McCormick Spice's Anniversary with "Special Offer" for Spice Rack with Spices for $9.99. Use my debit account to pay for offer and within minutes a charge of $28.?? was placed on my account and then within a few minutes, a new charge of $24.?? was placed on my card. Called bank right away and destroyed debit card so they couldn't put through any more charges. Charges posted today so I was able to contact bank and dispute charges which they refunded. Total fraud.

I needed a duplicate title, e tags showed up, everything seemed legit, but I couldn’t change address to mine to have title sent to me. I stopped application. Two hours later text and email sent to me to finish up my application. In the mean time they took the money out of my account. I called immediately to cancel and they said that I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Which is obnoxious, since I never finished the application.

Ad on Facebook for jewelry placed order for myself and my sister as a gift. Never received my package. According to post office the tracking number is a duplicate n was delivered to someone else. Company is asking me to track my own package and I don't know where my package is. Instead of investigating them selves they want me to investigate and to the local authorities. They won't send a refund or resend package

I have never went through this with any company

There was supposedly a sale at Victoria's Secret so i ordered a few bras and perfumes and got an email stating my order was placed and theyd send me an email when it shipped. They did and it took 31 days but says they delivered it to my address which they never did someone is always home and nothing was delivered.

Ordered products beginning of June. Was to be delivered at end of month. Never received asked for refund and they would not give me one stated it was taking longer to make and if I would wait. Still wanted refund and no response back. Reported to pay pal and they denied claim stated they showed proof of delivery by USPS to front porch. The tracking number was not a USPS number and USPS does not deliver to our homes here..we have mailboxes in the community that we have to go and pick up mail from. PayPal was notified of this and they still denied claim.

Company claimed to be having a sale to attract customers. Everything was $5.99. Took a month to "recieve" my order, but had a tracking number and coming across seas so it didnt seem suspicious. I spent $112 after tax on many dresses. Instead recieved a cheap ring worth no more than a quarter. Company never got back to me when trying to contact them.

The ad appeared as a flash sale on Facebook from Dick’s Sporting Goods, offering Birkenstocks for $40. There was a countdown on the page. Once the order was placed I received an email with a tracking number from 17track.net. When the order didn’t arrive on the day that the tracking site indicated, I contacted the email address provided with the order. I was told the order would be sent again. The person I was emailing with was quite responsive. I don’t believe the ad was real or that I will receive the product I ordered. The customer service email address provided was: [email protected]

I made a purchase online for a package of spf sun shirts and never received the goods. When I questioned them, they said it was delivered. Then, a week later they admitted there was a problem with the delivery and offered a 55% refund. When I said no they then offered a 65% refund. I told them they need to refund the full amount. I've since contacted my credit card and have reversed the charge.

I purchased GODA for Her on August 17, 2025. I paid for 5 business day shipping. As of August 29, 2025, my order is still showing “Unfulfilled”. I attempted to reach out to the Support team for an update by leaving messages; however, I haven’t received any response by Support or anyone from this company.
