They advertise a MP3 Player on face book. Everybody writing in the comments they never received a tracking number as promised or the item purchased after paying. I have contacted them 3 or 4 times requesting a tracking number or my product, no answer as with everyone else. Face Book needs to take down their advertising on this product. Kestrel Sound is the name of the company taking thousands of peoples money.

Looking for a MP3 player online. Likely through targeted ads on Facebook, clicked on the ad, did a little research, deemed it viable. Ordered MP3 player, item was shown as shipped, but was never received.
