I ordered a pair of boots from what I thought was 511 Tactical but when the charge showed up on my account it was from OPALORBIT INC VIVABIJOU.COM MT. I never received the product and have so far been unsuccessful in reaching the company listed.

I received 2 shirts I purchased. I noticed the prints are cheap

stickers applied to very low quality materials. The hoodie was supposed to be velvet and is advertised as so. When I contacted them they told me the polyester material I received, was in fact velvet! They then offered 30% refund, then 70% and once i told them i knew this site was impersonating musical artists, they said i would get 100% refund. It has been over two weeks and they said 7 days to process. They sent me a screenshot saying it was sent, but no date and it honestly looks bogus! I keep reporting the fske site daily on google since jan 28th! I have yet to receive any kind of report and I'm sure i never will. They have mutiple sites posing as offical sites for musical artists. I didnt have the money to lose and this was special thing i lost money. I will keep emailing the company until i receive my money. The transaction on my credit card account ,showed up as Conbo Mall Singapore! This is when I knew this company is garbage.

I purchased some clothing via Facebook and never received any response back from the company when I reached out to them, the email kicked back say undeliverable. This needs to stop, we the people work hard for our funds only to be scammed. Never again

i crowd funded a game in 2013 march. That game name is SKULLGIRLS. (this also includes Skullgirls Endless Beta and Skullgirls Second Encore) in about april of 2015, there were edits and changes to the game and censorship. that the team decided internally as good. it was on that day that someone from the company said there would be no further changes. ... this was false as there were more changes that they didn't want to make but didn't want to jepordize the playstation Vita realease. the change was across all platforms.

the game was center stage many times including the largest E-sports fighting game competition called EVO. evolution e-sports. the game remained the same

now there was a MASSIVE censorship on june 26th of 2023 that not only changed the nature of the game very significantly. there was removal of content that people were promised for the crowdfunding campaign way back when the game started. this affected everyone and anyone that purchased the game, As similarly Situated with smilar facts and loss. the publisher took out pages form an art book and other content that was promised.

there is precident of the attorney general of washington going after failed crowdfunding campaigns.

and NOW it has come to the atention that someone is giving out free copies of the game to stop "review bombing" by "creeps". to increase the aggregate score of the mentioned game. my review that was positive before but i revised as negative to reflect the bad censorship... was considered off topic by the store front called STEAM (owned by the valve corporation) and has been not counted among the agragate... unless you look at an asterix... that makes the game look more favorable than the reviews given.

the social media post that was giving out these copies for "better reviews" called people "creeps" and then the official skullgirls social media account liked that tweet. some content removed was for charity and promised stretch goals

Ordered a wooden nativity on December 10. Product was never received. They sent a fake tracking ID, which I took to the USPS and confirmed was fraudulent. They did reply to my emails and tried to offer discounted refunds. I had already disputed the charge with my credit card company and used our emails to back up my claim. These people are scammers!!!!

There was A judy Blue Jeans sale add on instagram so I bought a couple pairs of jeans. It never came nore an email was sent. I check my screenshot of the purchase to find out it was another site called Onlyress. After I filed a claim with my bank a suspicious package came in. It was a fake mossanite ring from XBR 3022 NE Cornielius Pass Road, Hillsborough, OR 97124.

I received a pop-up on my phone from facebook marketplace saying that there were Taylor Swift concert tickets for sale for her concert in New Orleans in October 2024. I messaged him to see how much the tickets were. The post was from "Bradley Hilderbrand" and we had two mutual friends. He had 4 tickets in a row for $400 each. He told me to send half of the money via venmo (to a person named Katherine Merlos @yoongikat and receive two tickets before sending the full $1600. I agreed, so I sent the $800. After I sent it, he then said ticketmaster wouldn't let him send only 2 tickets, he had made a mistake, that he had to send the full four tickets to my email address at the same time, so I needed to send another $400 to a different venmo address. None of the other venmo addresses sent would work, which was really strange. I offered to meet in person and bring cash. I tried to call him, he wouldn't answer. He kept insisting that I send $400 more dollars and he would go ahead and send all 4 tickets, and then I would owe him $400 more dollars. I kept asking him to please send the $800 back because all of this was making me feel uncomfortable. He kept saying to trust him, etc. I googled the name "Bradley Hilderbrand" that I thought I was buying the tickets from and called the phone number associated with him. He answered the phone and said he had been hacked and that people had been calling him all day about the Taylor Swift tickets. I need to figure out a way to get the $800 sent back asap.

On facebook they offered a good deal on meat saying they were cutting out the middleman. I wanted to make sure it was legitimate so I only ordered 1 item but this is the second time I have fallen for something on facebook. Never again will I trust the companies on facebook unless they are local and I can go to their website.

I live to make you aware that once his claim is filed, it becomes public record. Your name and social are affiliated with this claim. You need to contact the filing party before a parent at your home and job with your documents. You do have the legal right to contact the silent part at 877-762-6318. Good luck, you have been notified.

Was on Facebook when a advertisement ad comes dealing with beautiful-winter.com.Had Stanley cups at really nice price.Decided to order 3 and paid with my Cashapp and that was that.And someone name Ting Pan(supposedly) at [email protected] is how he communicated and told me that my product was delivered Jan.22,2023.Not product through any carrier.

I used this site one day and they charged me for multiple days after that and then they charged me for a membership a week later I canceled. They charged me again after the first of the month for another membership fee. They have no phone number to contact them and they continue to say they will cancel the membership through emails and charge my card again and again.

The FB post was for a Bath & Body Works sale. The logo on the post looked legitimate (the B&BW blue plaid emblem). The items pictured in the ad were familiar to me by name and original price. When the charge cleared my account, it was identified as “FGV7CS6U-49; JOSEPHHEGAN.COM; Englewood CO 01”.

I made an order on 11-28-23 for a Christmas tree and decorations oh my debit card for $55.85. The company name on my account is hello *******. I received a email on 12-17-23 from customer service with a shipping update for the order of *************************** that the order is on the way tracking number ** **********. I contact Amy from the company on 1-4-24 I stated I have not received my order. She stated on her end that it was shipped and received to check with the local post office and which I did and they stated they have not received it. I have contact Amy many times to get this resolve and l have not as of this date 2-5-24. I have been in contact with individuals that have ordered from this company also and have not received their merchandise and have receive the same message, saying that the merchandise has been shipped and received, and they have received nothing also at this time. We have determined that this company is a fraud and is taking people money and this company needs to be stopped

The scammer runs an online video game boosting platform called “DominateFUT” - this platform is advertised through Discord, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and likely other social channels. The scammer insists on only receiving payments through friends and family on PayPal, and then ask for the customer’s account information. Following the sharing of such information, the scammer accesses the account and steals all valuable digital content the user has, before blocking them online and moving to the next victim. This scammer actively targets US citizens, including minors, as can be see advertised on their platforms.

After assurances of safety and receiving payment, they accessed my account, took all the digital content of value in it, and tried to block my access. They have since blocked my profiles from contacting them on all platforms, and I have lost the $104 with no repercussion.

I also have video evidence and copies of the chats if helpful.

The site/ad thru facebook was legit looking B&BWKS logo and said after Christmas Clearance Sale...ordered 8 items. Paid with debit card...processed payment. Never have received products...was taken, scammed!! thru facebook
