When I reached out, the representative falsely claimed my subscription had expired and required immediate renewal. They convinced me that the only available payment option was through Amazon gift cards.
Trusting their instructions, I followed the process, but later realized it was a scam. I request you to investigate this issue and take necessary steps to stop such fraudulent activities.

They asked for personal information and attempted to gain access to my account. After the interaction, I realized this was not legitimate Facebook support but a scam attempt.
